What was said to the rose that made it open was said to me here in my chest. - Rumi 🌹
Love came and it made me empty. Love came and it filled me with the Beloved. It became the blood in my body It became my arms and my legs. It became everything! Now all I have is a name, The rest belongs to the Beloved. – Rumi ✨ حب
Religion: Why belong to a religion when one can belong to God? God doesn’t care about religions. Belief is limiting. Experience can set one free. Atheism: Intellect is limiting. Logic brings one to a conclusion but life is inconclusive. Meditation can help with intellectual’s overthinking. Nationlities: Nationalism is against love. It is about divison and power. Love is about unity. Why belong to a man-made thing when the whole is available? Humans: We are one big family, together on this incredible journey, each playing an important role in this cosmic happening. We need courage for love. We need courage to be ourselves and by that bring a positive change. We cannot change the world, we can only change ourselves. And by fully accepting and loving who we are, universe is smiling with us. Imagine if so many people haven’t come with certain discoveries – internal or external. We need to work to make this life a more joyous place and not continue making the same mistakes are people before us. Fear is our greatest barrier. However, there is a cure for it – love. Love is available to us in unlimited amount. Love is the truth. We only need courage to surrender to it. But, we can do it. 🌈
Organized religions have created wars – just like politicians have done. Politicians fight for socialism, for communism, for fascism, for nazism, and organized religions have been fighting for God, for love, for their concept of what truth is. And millions of people have been killed in the clashes between Christians and Mohammedans, between Christians and Jews, between Mohammedans and Hindus, between Hindus and Buddhists. Religion has nothing to do with war; it is a search for peace. But organized religions are not interested in peace – they are interested in becoming more and more powerful and dominant. A religious individual is neither Hindu nor Christian nor Mohammedan. How can he be? – God himself is not Hindu, not Mohammedan, not Christian. Anybody who has any intelligence is no longer interested in all that. He may go to the synagogue and to the church and to the mosque for other reasons, but those reasons are not religious; those reasons are social. In the whole world, there is rarely, once in a while, a person who has the feel of the eternal, who has breathed the eternal, who has found the pulse of the eternal – but very rarely. And who is responsible? All rabbis and all popes and all shankaracharyas and all imams – they are responsible because they have cut the very root of enquiry. They killed the doubt, the seeking. And people, because they cannot tolerate their ignorance, they hide behind religion. Because it is difficult to know that one does not know, it is against the ego, people believe. And a man wants to be secure, safe. There are people, millions of them, who never grow beyond their childhoods. They remain stuck somewhere, and they still need a father and a mother. Hence God is called the Father or the Mother. All these religions represent different paths towards the truth. But men has taken every holy book literally. These books are filled with metaphors and stories to bring closer that of higher consciousness. It is not about the religion one follows, because all religions are man-made anyway, but how much one is close to godliness. Religions came after enlightened beings who were not about religion at all. But, people are people. 🌸
La cùrcuma mi amor❣️ It is unnecessary to spend money on bunch of products. Mother nature has all we need. Everyone has been making us insecrure and using celebrities to promote products which contain parabens, sulfates, synthetic perfumes, PEG, Phenoxyethanol and other harmful ingredients. Plus, many of these products are tested on animals. When it comes to curcuma, in English known as turmeric, it’s anti-inflammatory properties work on our pores and calm the skin. Turmeric helps in destroying the acne-causing bacteria and also removes the excess oil from the skin. When it comes to fluoride, it calcifies our pineal gland. The pineal gland has to do with our intuition, discernment, psychic awareness and expanded mind. Fluoride is very much harmful and it also makes people easier to control. The Nazis put fluoride in water to pacify Jews. For our well being, it is better we use fluoride-free toothpaste and drink filtered water. ♡Love♡
Phenomenal woman by Maya Angelou Pretty women wonder where my secret lies. I’m not cute or built to suit a fashion model’s size But when I start to tell them, They think I’m telling lies. I say, It’s in the reach of my arms, The span of my hips, The stride of my step, The curl of my lips. I’m a woman Phenomenally. Phenomenal woman, That’s me. I walk into a room Just as cool as you please, And to a man, The fellows stand or Fall down on their knees. Then they swarm around me, A hive of honey bees. I say, It’s the fire in my eyes, And the flash of my teeth, The swing in my waist, And the joy in my feet. I’m a woman Phenomenally. Phenomenal woman, That’s me. Men themselves have wondered What they see in me. They try so much But they can’t touch My inner mystery. When I try to show them, They say they still can’t see. I say, It’s in the arch of my back, The sun of my smile, The ride of my breasts, The grace of my style. I’m a woman Phenomenally. Phenomenal woman, That’s me. Now you understand Just why my head’s not bowed. I don’t shout or jump about Or have to talk real loud. When you see me passing, It ought to make you proud. I say, It’s in the click of my heels, The bend of my hair, the palm of my hand, The need for my care. ’Cause I’m a woman Phenomenally. Phenomenal woman, That’s me.
The most powerful and courageous thing we can to in today’s society is be unapologetically ourselves. There’s been a big pressure put on women. If you want to succeed, if you want to find yourself a man, if you want to be accepted, you have to be beautiful and skinny. Then, out of insecurites, women have tried all sorts of plastic surgeries and make up to look the way society wants them to look. This is why we have so many women losing their authenticity. All wearing the same clothes, having the same face, same body shape and behaving the same way. This is going against our divine being. But it is understandable. From an early age we have been told that the way we are is not good enough. We need to ’be’ a certain way that is expected from us. And so, eveyone goes on hiding and living in a cage. Our diversity and uniqueness is beautiful. And the experience of life is what matters the most. And we go on bothering how someone looks or what is happening in their life. Who cares? How is that in any way enriching our life? By treasuring the being that we are and accepting it completely, we are breaking from this unhealthy society’s chain. Society wants us to be insecure. It wants us to be brainwashed. It wants us that we don’t love ourselves and by that not love others. Question is: Are we brave enough to be ourselves and stand up for ourselves? ...♡ love ♡
Accept.🌈✨ Whatever you resist, persists.
Success shouldn’t be a goal. And successful people aren’t just those who earn a lot of money. If one is fully present and enjoys the work he is doing, success can simply naturally come. If it comes, great. If it doesn’t come, great. At least one is always in love. Lao Tzu has a great saying: "Work quitely, silently, untroubled by any idea of success or failure”. And Buddha says: ”Your work is to discover your work and then with all your heart to give yourself to it.” 🌸
It is very important to stabilize the five fundamental elements within you. The body, the very earth, the universe, and the cosmos, all are just a play of five elements. 💧Water: Among the five elements, water has the greatest significance because a major percentage of the body is water. You need to take sufficient care of the water that you consume – not just in terms of its physical purity but in terms of how you keep the water and how you approach it. 🍃Earth: If your bare hands and bare feet – particularly the palms and soles – come in touch with the earth on a daily basis, it will harmonize the physiological process in you. 🔥Fire: What kind of fire burns within you? Is it the fire of greed, hatred, anger, resentment, lust, love, or compassion? If you cleanse the element of fire, once again your physical and mental wellbeing will be well-taken care of. Simple process you can do to cleanse the fire within you is get some sunlight every day. You can light a fire with an organic substance like straw or firewood and stand facing the fire with open hands and open eyes for three minutes.💨Air: It is well-known that what kind of air you breathe is important, but how you breathe and how consciously you do so is equally important. If you are in pure air, it is important to bring the breath to a dynamic state with some activity. You do not have to do too vigorous an activity – just enough to breathe slightly deeper than normal for a period of time. If you are not able to take yourself out on a daily basis, you can do a simple yogic practice called nadi shuddhi at home to cleanse the breath. The fifth and most expansive dimension of the elemental composition is akash or etheric space. ✨ Akash has a certain intelligence. The nature, quality, and power of your life is essentially determined by how much access you have to the akashic intelligence. One simple process you can do to find more access to the akashic intelligence is, after sunrise, before the sun crosses a 30° angle, look up at the sky and bow down to akash for holding you and this planet in place. After the sun crosses 30°, sometime during the day, look up and bow down again. (Sadhguru)❣️
🌹Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair. – Khalil Gibran ✨If you love your body, you become relaxed, you care about it. It is not wrong; it is not narcissistic to be in love with your own body. In fact, it is the first step towards spirituality. The body is the greatest mystery in the whole of existence. This mystery needs to be loved. Patanjali divides the body into five layers or five bodies. Allopathy works on the most gross, the physical body; acupuncture works on the second body, the ‘pranamayokos,’ the vital body, Homeopathy works on the third, the mental body. Hypnotherapy works on the fourth, the body of consciousness. Meditation goes up to the fifth, the bliss body. Unless you love yourself you cannot love anybody else. But before you can love yourself you have to know yourself; hence love is secondary, meditation is primary. Love is therapy, and there is no other therapy in the world except love. It is always love that heals. Become loving. When you are in the embrace, become the embrace. Become the kiss. Forget yourself so totally that you can say, “I am no more. Only love exists.” Then the heart is not beating, but love is beating. Then the blood is not circulating, but love is circulating. Then eyes are not seeing, love is seeing. Then hands are not moving to touch, love is moving to touch. Become love and enter everlasting life. Relax into the delicious space of the heart. Allow yourself to open up and receive the Love that is always there.
One of the deepest unconscious inferiorities in a man is that they cannot give birth to children. And the only way to overcome his inferiority was to reduce women in every possible way to such an inferior position that man can forget his inferiority complex and start believing that he is superior. All the society’s of the world, all the cultures, all the religions in different way have been doing the same: reducing the woman to a secondary category - so inferior that in China, for thousands of years, to kill your own wife was not even considered a crime. The woman has been thought if just part of the furniture. The husband is the owner. In India, the woman has been thought for centuries that she is a dasi, a slave, and the man, her husband, a swami, a master - an owner. In spite of all this, you have to know that there have been women who were great spiritual masters. In spite of no education and no possibility to enter into the temples. They have been afraid of women. Especially because all religions have been sex repressive. Sex is natural phenomenon, and nature is not against spirituality. And because monks were celibate, when women were initiated there was a danger they would be close together. All these monks repressed sex. If consciousness is neither male nor female, why can’t a woman attain to liberation, to the ultimate truth from the body of a woman. Still, they go on insisting that a woman cannot attain. And do you know what the reason is? She cannot be celibate because she has a visible symptom of sexuality - her monthly period. One woman, Mallibai, proved to have all qualities of a great master. So, one of the tirthankaras of Jainas, is her. But, the moment she died they changed her name from Mallibai to Mallinath. And they never made a statue of a woman. And when it comes to Christianity, just to avoid a woman in the trinity, they have replaced woman with a Holy Ghost. A woman needs to dissolve her deep-rooted hatred and understand reasons for her repression, not turn all masculine and try to be ’equal’. Her power lies in her nature.❣️Women and men are not equal. They are unique, opposite polarities. No one is inferior and no one is superior.❣️
✨Whatsoever is alive is always fragile, and the higher the quality of life, the more fragile it is. So the deeper you go, the softer you become, or the softer you become, the deeper you go. The innermost core is absolutely soft.✨ Jesus says: Unless you become like children, you won’t enter the kingdom of God. 💫 God is not a philosophical concept: it is the world looked at through the eyes of a child. Only a pure, soft heart is needed. 🌸Rumi: "Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”💫 💫”Your heart is the size of an ocean. Go find yourself in its hidden depths.”

...🖋🌹 We are a miracle within a miracle. We are an eternal light of light. We are now, in the now, forever now. Mysterious flowers, in this garden of life. ...🖋🌹 Hold my hand, It knows the way home. Hold my hand, It brings home through this poem. Hold my hand, It carries love from the above. Hold my hand, It gives you wings of a dove.🕊
Alchemists were masters. They were hiding behind alchemy because Christianity was destroying every school of wisdom. So alchemists were not really as it is said in the books and encyclopedias, that they were trying to change base metal into gold; that is not true, that was only their code language for alchemy. Base metal is a man who is unaware; to change him into gold is to make him aware. That was their code language and they had to use it because the church and the pope did not want anything other than Christianity to have the monopoly of man’s consciousness. Awareness is what the alchemists have been searching for — the elixir, the nectar, the magical formula that can help you to become an immortal. In fact everybody is immortal but we are living in a mortal body and we are so close to the body that the identity arises. There is no distance to see the body as separate. We are so immersed in the body, rooted in the body, that we start feeling we are the body — and then the problem arises: we start becoming afraid of death. Then all the fears, all the nightmares, come in its wake. Awareness creates the distance between you and your body. It makes you watchful of both your own body and mind. In every alchemists school, if you entered in the beginning, in their reception room you will find all kinds of fictitious instruments, but this was only the frontage. Behind it was their real school, where they were trying to change base humanity into golden humanity.
Truth is reached through an existential experience. To belive in God means to not know God. Belief is of the mind. To not belive in God is also of the mind. It is a logical conclusion. However it is still negating the godliness. When a man says: ”I believe in God” he is saying he has not been able to know God. When you have an experience, you know. And when you know what is the point of believing? Whenever you belive, it is just to hide your ignorance. The moment you disappear, God appears. Absence of yourself is the presence of God. God is not somebody. God is allness. In fact, to use the word God is not right. The moment you say ”God”, God becomes a ”he”- that is male chauvinistic. By belief you are prevented from knowing. The moment you belive you are no more one with humanity: you are a Christian or a Hindu or a Mohammedan. And now you will be continuously fighting for your belief. And belief comes out of fear not out of love. You want somebody to cling to, you want a father-figure. Freud is right when he says that a religion is a collective neurosis. There have been Christian saints who have been beating themselves every morning and people would come to worship them and to see who was wounding himself more. Life is not a belief but a deep exploration for truth.
Sufism doesn’t belong to any religion. All religions, when alive, belong to it. It is a vast sky of a particular quality of consciousness. How does it happen? How does one become a Sufi? Not by belonging to a particular order, but by dropping from the head to the heart, one becomes a Sufi. A Sufi means a man of the heart, a man of love; a man who doesn’t bother from where this universe comes, who doesn’t bother who created it, who doesn’t bother where it is leading; in fact, who doesn’t ask any questions — rather, on the contrary, he starts living. Sufis have found ways and methods of how to create ishq(love). That is the whole Sufi alchemy: how to create ishq in you, how to create such a passion that you can ride on the wave of it and reach to the ultimate. You may not ever have heard of Sufism and you may be a Sufi - if you are religious. Krishna is a Sufi, and Christ too; Mahavir is a Sufi, and Buddha too - and they never heard about the word, and they never knew that anything like Sufism exists. In Sufism, it’s all about abandoning one’s ego, focusing on God, and merging with love. A great Sufi Al Hillaj Mansoor was killed by Mohammedans, because he said, anal hak, I am God.’ Sufism is always killed by religious people, so-called religious people – because they cannot tolerate it; they cannot tolerate a man asserting that he is God! Their egos feel offended. How can a man be a God? Al Hillaj says, ‘I am God,’ he is not saying, ‘I am God and you are not’. Asserting that ‘I am God’ he is asserting that the whole is divine, sacred. Everything is divine. Sufis sing, they don’t give sermons, because life is more like a song and less like a sermon. And they dance, and they don’t talk about dogmas, because a dance is more alive, more like existence, more like the birds singing in the trees, and the wind passing through the pines; more like a waterfall, or clouds raining, or grass growing. The whole life is a dance, vibrating, throbbing, with infinite life. The Whirling represents and symbolizes the unity between man and the cosmos. ✨ “You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean, in a drop.”–Rumi🙏🏻
