A dollar well spent... see told you travel can be quite affordable 😉
And this is why diving is a priority on our trips and why we are willing to put a large portion of our trip budget to it.
Any rum fans out there? Check out @chalongbaybar when traveling to Phuket, Thailand. High quality rum made from sugar cane.
What do you think this fish is called?? 🤔🤔
Making friends of all sizes. 🐱
When exploring Angkor Wat we recommend a minimum of 2 days to see all the major temples. 2 days allows you to not over extend yourself in the heat and humidity especially since you’ll spend 1-2 hours at certain stops. Secondly, hire a tour guide. We’ll admit it, we don’t often do this cause it can be an added cost but here we recommend it. You’ll learn so much more, see all the important spots, not have to worry about navigating to the different spots (spans over 400sq km) and get great photos like this one. We used @angkorwattours and would do so again.
Look at how Mother Nature slowly covers the temple. Every temple we explored during our time in Cambodia was different and offered its unique story. @angkorwattours was there to tell us each one.
We made some Thailand friends 85 feet down 🙂
Full nights of sleep don’t create memories. The lack of sleep is starting to show but I think we can all agree it’s worth it. Another full day with the amazing @angkorwattours. Tip for traveling to Angkor Wat, leave your hotel or Airbnb by 445 am to beat the crowds and save a great spot for the sunrise. The sun didn’t show until 6:45 and if it’s cloudy you won’t always see it but we got lucky. If this is an important photo then buy the 3 day pass and try each day.
Spent the day wandering the temples around Angkor Wat. The details in the structures compare to none we’ve seen before. There once was 300 of them but now only 90 remain. It may be extremely humid and hot but @angkorwattours has made it an amazing experience thus far. Providing cold waters, customizing the tour to our desire and full of interesting facts. Back at it at 4:45 am tomorrow for the sunrise
Hung out with a bunch of elephants for the day. 🤙🏻
