Oh Bunny 🐰 And just when I though I was finally done with with you... Because I stopped practicing my hoppings once I got comfortable with them, l realized this week that I unlearned how to do them 😱 Not only I wasn’t able to hold my tuck position, but I also wasn’t able to bring my hips above my shoulders! Like, WTF!!? No again, pleeeeease 😭 So what did I do? I asked for help. Maya‘s help. I thought because my upper body got weaker since I stopped the gym, I was once again scared to hop enough to get me into the right position. But surprisingly enough, one of her cue was to actually hop less and focus more on strength (which she assured me I still had enough for the purpose) 💪🏻 Ok, I may or may NOT have managed to do this at my first try 😅 but now I’m not letting the bunny go anymore! Committed to practice daily till every single hop is a hold! THANK YOU 🐯
