Consistency to yourself and your routine is the KEY!! If you want REAL, LASTING results it all starts with your nutrition, first and foremost, but it really comes down to consistency!! EVEN ON THE WEEKEND OR ON VACATION!! I love that the nutrition I use allows me to stay on track on the weekends or away from home and even if I don’t always eat a “clean” meal I don’t worry about it because I KNOW that my nutrition is on point the VAST majority of the time! I used to work out a lot and not see results because I was eating like crap the majority of the time and not staying consistent with working out! I used to have the mentality that I would workout during the week only and if I had time! I never made my nutrition or workout habits a priority! Since committing to my nutrition that has reversed and the changes have followed!! With the right fuel I have more energy and can stay consistent with my workouts and things HAVE changed!! I also stay committed to myself when traveling or on the weekend to move my body and stay in a routine so that there isn’t a lag and because of that I NEVER have a case of the “it’s Monday so I better start again”!! Commit to yourself by fueling correctly and staying on track with moving your body!! JUST SHOW UP EVERY DAY!!
