32 minutes on the elliptical today! 🥵 I stayed above the 4.0 speed, I was not out of breath and nothing on my body hurt! 💪💪 also got to 2 miles 🎥👏👏👏 - - The progress I’ve been seeing is insane,! I started my first day at the gym April 14 2019 , 10 minutes on the elliptical, I was out of breath, my body hurt, and I could hardly get to 10 minutes without struggling. 😩😩 - - Now today, April 26 2019 I’m at 30 minutes pain free! And I feel great afterwards 💪💪💪💪
