I’m Ashlee! I’m 31 and currently blooming in Colorado. •I love nature, plants and their healing benefits. Holistic healing is my thang. •I work as an online ESL teacher and I loooove it! Being a catalyst in their world + education is a gift. Witnessing their moments of accomplishment FILLS me up! •I am an online health and well-being coach. The outdoors and sunflowers FILL me up. Who else is with me?! Prepping for the start of our June 21 day #fitnesschallenge . Spots still available! It’s NOT always sunflowers, easy or comfortable but it definitely FILLS you in a way that words can’t fully describe. It’s in the COMMITMENT, ACTION, and ENERGY that YOU create + FEEL in the process. It ALL comes from within and it’s 100% attainable and sustainable. If I could do it (WAS NOT + still depends on the day a workout person, hardcore lover of foods, wine + spirits, especially dark chocolate! I would chronically get in my own damn way, come up with excuses and limit the s*#% out of myself) so CAN YOU! YOU ARE WORTH THE INVESTMENT and you may discover something you never knew about YOU! Workout to grow. Workout to feel + heal. Eat like you love yourself. Work like your life depends upon it! Because truthfully...it friggin does! Challenging myself continues to open me up to a whole new level of self-discovery, compassion and love. PRICELESS.
Siblings are truly the greatest gift. We don’t get to see each other often, we live in different states and time zones. But we sure know how to make the MOST of our time together. Thankful for these moments. Here’s to one more day of this adventure and pure presence.
Isn’t it wild how there’s so much going on in nature at any given time and yet nature clears the mind in the most meditative way?! Squeezing in a morning practice to make sure you nourish yourself. Wherever you are on your journey, just by kicking off your days with one little healthy habit can plant the seeds for continuity.
GREETINGS from my closet! As I am preparing for my upcoming trip to the east coast I thought I would get a head start on my packing as well as switch over my drawers from winter to summer. This was ALWAYS a daunting task for me. Emotionally and physically. My self-esteem and overall confidence would plummet as I would try on bathing suites, tank tops and shorts. With GRACE, SELF-LOVE, TIME, CONSISTENCY + LOTS of personal development I am in a much better place. Bless the results from TRUE WORK. Fun fact about me: over the past few years I have dove into minimalism and really downsized in many areas of my life, my closet being one of them. I was never a fan of shorts to be honest. This was the FIRST pair that I had purchased after several rounds of dedicated @whole30 and when I was completing my yoga TT. I only own 1 pair of shorts (cray huh!?) It makes for choosing what I wear for the day WAAAY less stressful. The point is that this program TRULY works if you WERK EEEET! Like anything in life, you get out of it what you put into it! I am proud of the new shape that my body is taking. I weigh MORE on the right than I do the left. I am stronger, I am gaining muscle and a new sense of confidence daily through the challenges. Know that it isn’t about the size or number for me as it honestly once was, but how I FEEL in my body. It’s about feeling comfortable, confident and beautiful in my OWN skin and that includes what I wear. For anyone interested in upping their health and fitness goals please reach out! Here’s your friendly reminder that we are all at different places in our journey, and comparison truly is the thief of all joy. Social media is great. It connects us and helps us find community. But it also means we’re scrolling through highlight reals 24/7. It can breed a lot of comparison, which can fester into shame easily. I still can get caught up in that real. I try to pause and remember that what I am seeing doesn’t show me all of the background: all of the slips and falls along the way. It captures just a single moment. Yoga to me isn’t about the perfect pose, it’s a way of life. So here’s a few of my single moments, wall hugs, slips and falls. Hopefully it reminds you that the most important part of the journey is getting back up...again and again. In all areas of life. It took a lot to get to this point and I’m just happy to be here.
It’s wild to me that I once expected coffee and a cigarette to energize me in the way that exercise and water do.

I didn’t CRYo about it, BUT living with Anxiety and choosing to face the rush of fight or flight was a feat, I conquered -300 degrees and nobody died. BLESS! Now that the nitrogen dust has settled I feel as cool as a friggin cucumber😌 + my muscles are smiling. The first key to success is showing up CONSISTENTLY In January I stepped out of my comfort zone to try another way. I quit making excuses + decided to JUMP ALL IN. For the past 5 months, I dialed into my nutrition, implemented weights and strengthening workouts, and became apart of an amazing community of women all supporting and holding one another accountable. Today, I ease into my day with meditation, get into my work out clothes, and push play on my workouts. My gym is now right at my fingertips. No excuses. Just consistent work, motivation and dedication. You find what works for you. I was constantly trying to figure out how to set goals, stick to and surpass them. Here’s the thing I’ve learned: there is no secret. But I’ve found there are effective + efficient workouts, simple meal plans, and a supportive group of women waiting to help you along the way.
