I find it so difficult to look away from an eating raptor. After all this time, I still find it so fascinating to watch. This was my last flight with Salt for a couple weeks. I will be on vacation soon. She is really figuring out our relationship. It is amazing to see her using more sky to gain height and all the while, getting more and more locked into my signals. I will be introducing Scout, my German Short-Haired Pointer, soon. They are already buddies, but I have not had them hunting together. Looking forward to getting back to finish out the season with them. In the Fall I plan to start the season with a big trip to North Dakota to fly her (with Scout) on pheasant, duck, grouse and Hungarian Partridge. #falconry
