Stuck in a plateau? Trying to get out of a training rut? Want to get stronger? It’s a pretty simple trick that I have used to get out of a training plateau...GREASE THE GROOVE! This consists of doing 50% of your maximum repetitions each set for AT LEAST 5X your maximum reps. Let me show you an example, say your maximum pull-ups is 20 repetitions, what you will do it sets of 10 throughout the day till you at least get 100 reps. You can do them every hour or every 30 minuets. You will do this everyday for 2 weeks then take 3-4 days off then retest. BUT the odd days 1,3,5,etc... will be done with only body weight, and the even 2,4,6,etc...will be done with some sort of weight pushing you down. Trust me everyone, I have done this several times and it helped me out with more movements than just pull-ups! Give this a try and let me know how it goes! #BuildYourLife

It will be 100% plyometrics (explosive jumping movements) 30 min running clock Min 1—10 squat jumps Min 2—10 jump lunges (each leg) Min 3—10 plyo pushups Just repeat these three movements every minuet on the minuet! It will consist of three movements for 10 minuets each! 10 min run 10 min bike 10 min jump rope Make sure you stay calm when you’re doing this workout and do not try to psych yourself out when you start sucking air. Tip 1...squeeze your abs...this will engage your core more and keep you in a straighter line..Tip 2...squeeze your ass and tilt your pelvis in a thrusting motion, this will keep your spine straight and stress off your lower back..Tip 3...squeeze your quad muscles...this will stabilize the lower portion of your body to help keep you in that straight line to work all the right muscles...REMEMBER Nobody would buy a bent piece of wood so do your planks and pushups correctly and keep your body straight and flat! #BuildYourLife
