Сегодня очень много выкладываю фотографий и видео, вдохновленных разными моментами из жизни, знаменитыми людьми. Конечно же я уже не такая как раньше, не такая как вчера или полчаса назад. Мы все меняемся. Меняются вкусы и понимание вещей. Просто хочется, чтобы эти все эксперименты с внешностью, перевоплощения, мысли, ощущения были здесь как в моём дневнике. Поймёт кто или нет, не важно, главное - я принимаю себя разной, какой была в прошлом и какая есть без обид на людей, без обид на себя. Это опыт. Нельзя вот так вычеркнуть то, что было когда-то пропущено через призму души и эмоции, многое было вложено в образ, затрачено драгоценное время, были мечты и идеи. И пусть сейчас всё иначе. Я как хамелеон, всегда меняюсь, подстраиваюсь под настроение и обстановку. Лучше иметь богатый опыт, миллионы образов и перевоплощений как багаж, чем опустошить себя и уничтожить под чужими осуждениями и возгласами о том, что понятно только нам самим. Каждый из нас не идеален. Мы все странные, чудные. В этом и есть уникальность. Найти свою нишу в жизни, себя и призвание - важно для нас самих. Движение это жизнь. ❤☝

Happy happy Tuesday everyoneeeee
These last few weeks I’ve finally gotten back into a consistent workout routine and a solid diet and I must say, it feels good to be 100% to be back. Obviously I’m still taking it slow since I fried myself out mentally and physically , but I am coming back. I’ve been really able to hone in on my mind-muscle connection which I haven’t felt this sore in a very long time. My upper and lower body lifts have been awesome, putting up more weight more than I ever have!
I’ve been eating more food than I ever have in 2018. Starting in 2019 I stopped tracking macros because I felt so stressed about hitting them (which is also all mental) so after the past 2 years of constantly tracking and planning out my meals with my food scale. I decided to start intuitive eating. I do not recommend this to someone unless they already have very specific ideas of what their macros and have abided by them for a long period of time tbh. Anyways I have been increasing my caloric intake and speeding up my metabolism 🐷 and been actually loosing more weight (science is cool) I’m finally feeling like myself after what it feels like forever, my energy is ⬆️, my motivation is there- most importantly I’m still instilling my old habits back into my routine (be discipline outweighs motivation ten fold) and just taking the days as they come, making the most of them. Bottom line is you may be in a funk atm but you will get though it.
