What’s up fitfam? Happy monday! I want to shine some light on realization I’ve had recently...🧐

So it’s the middle of February and my gym is reaching new heights of overpopulation. New gym members are appearing out of nowhere and this can be a problem sometimes...
.

It’s like we’re all packed up like sardines to the point where it’s a real challenge to secure a bench or a squat rack 😭
.
.
Now, in my opinion you can curse and complain about it.( Because you had this perfect routine planned and now your workout is completely fu*ked 😤). You can let it demotivate you OR you can see it as an opportunity .🤔 #positivemindset .
.
Instead, see it as a challenge to get more creative with your routine. Look into some new excercise’s that don’t require a lot of equipment. ( Bodyweight excercises, dumbells, kettlebels, etc).

A problem can break or make you, the choice is yours! Reminds me of a quote from #tonyrobbins .

Today, I trained shoulders! Swipe left to see my workout. I train shoulders once a week🤗! Let me know if you guys like videos or not!
Workout:
- Standing shoulder press: 4x 10 with 15 kg
- Standing side raises 4x10
- Standing front raises: 3x10 superset with sitting front press with a plate (no idea how this exercise is called soz😅) - Sitting face pull 3x10 superset with 3x10 standing bent over lateral raises
- Machine shoulder press 6 drop sets .

Btw, does anybody know how you can fix the “instagram video crop” and the bad quality?

If you want something, you must GET IT FAM!! Don't wait till it comes to you. Know what you want, figure out how you must get there and know what you need to reach your destination. And don't forget.....If you think positive? Good things are coming into you way! Are you only thinking in a negative way? Life is gonna be sooo freakin hard! PERIOD! ! YA FEEL ME??

I survived a lot of shit in life just by holding my head above water and keep believing in my strength and myself. Had so many chanches to give up but i am not that kind of person i think. Now a few years later we are getting closer by the person that i wanna be in life!

Our plan is to help other people who has the same struggles in life. But we will try to give them the tools to take life by the balls, put words into action and just go for it. Today was the first meet with these 2 powerwomans you see in the second slide.
The left woman is my mum and the other woman is her compagnon. Together we are a team now and we gonna try to do something about the redundancy here in the Netherlands. And especially trying to motivate people to starting changing their life and getting a job again. Today it was all about getting on track, set-up the basics and brainstorming.

If you wanna try to reach the youth these days, you have to come with someone that knows in what for situation they are in. Someone who speak the language and understand how they are feeling. But also know how to handle obstacles on the road to their destination, how to deal with setbacks and seeing the bigger picture overall. That is why they have make the decision to work with me. I have been there, life wasn't pretty for me. But we made it trough and now it is time to help out other people. Let's work ladies! Nothing but love for this opportunity!
