🎞 Rebecca 🎞 •1940• Directed by: Alfred Hitchcock Starring: Joan Fontaine • Laurence Olivier Music by: Franz Waxman Produced by : Selznick Intl • Criterion 2017 Bluray Release • ——— Last night I dreamt I went to Manderley again ———— .. بأحد اعظم المونولجات بتاريخ السينما تبدأ رائعة هيتشكوك الكلاسيكية "ريبيكا" و المقتبسة عن رواية دافني دي موريير الإنجليزية .. ريبيكا الفيلم الغريب و الساحر و اللي ياخذنا لعالم من الغموض و الرعب النفسي و الاثارة .. كان اول افلام هيشكوك في امريكا و فيلمه الوحيد الحائز على اوسكار افضل فيلم .. الفيلم يختلف فيه البعض هل يستحق انه يكون من افضل اعمال هيتشكوك او لا، طبعا السبب الرئيسي هو لانه الفيلم مختلف شوي عن طريقة اخراج هيتشكوك لأفلامه اللاحقة واللي تحمل الطابع "الهيتشكوكي" الفريد و سبب هالشي كان تدخل المنتج ديفيد سيلزنك في تفاصيل اخراج ريبيكا و فرض رؤيته على هيتشكوك بأمور كثيرة و محاولته قدر الإمكان انه يكون مخلص للرواية الاصلية و ينفذ الفيلم بأقرب صورة للرواية لكن بالنسبة لي فيلم ريبيكا طبعا يستحق يكون مع افضل ٥ افلام اخرجها هيتشكوك، نظرا لعمقه الدرامي و جوه المريب المتأثر بالفن القوطي و قصته الغريبة و الشيقة و هالشي يرجع كله لرواية دافني موريير الرائعة و اللي صدرت عام 1938 و اللي تحكي قصة بنت شابة تعمل كمرافقة لإحدى السيدات الاغنياء و اثناء قضائهم العطلة في احد فنادق مونتي كارلو تلتقي البنت بالأرمل الثري ماكسميليان دي وينتر و سرعان ما تترجم علاقتهم القصيرة لزواج سريع ينقل الزوجين لمنزل دي وينتر الكبير في "ماندرلاي" وهناك تعاني الفتاة من هواجس الزوجة الميته "ريبيكا" و شعورها بانها لازلت تتحكم بالقصر من قبرها و بالاخص عن طريق مدبرة المنزل السيدة دينفرز .. هيتشكوك بعد ما اخرج عدة افلام بريطانية و بنى شهرة و اسم كبير في بريطانيا كان طموحه انه يروح يشتغل في هوليوود بانتاج اكبر و معدات و تقنيات حديثة .. و كان جدا مهتم برواية ريبيكا اللي ماقدر يحصل هلى حقوقها لاسباب مالية، المنتج ديفيد سليزنيك طلب منه انه يجي لامريكا لإخراج فيلم "تايتنك" قبل لا يكنسل ديفيد المشروع و يشتري حقوق رواية ريبيكا و يعرضها على هيتشكوك لإخراجها هيتشكوك انجز الفيلم بزمن مثالي و ريبيكا كان جاهز للعرض نهاية سنة 1939 لكن المنتج فضل تأجيل كم شهر لإتاحة الفرصة لفيلمه الثاني "ذهب مع الريح" انه ياخذ كل الانتباه في جوائز الاوسكار .. و تم عرض الفيلم في ابريل 1940 .. يتبع ..
