I always think it's best to give yourself plenty of time to work yourself into the new day.

Most mornings, I wake up and enjoy the process of preparing my mind, body and soul for the day. I take my time, to slowly get into the new day and use that time to connect with myself and see how I feel.
~
Some mornings, I Jump out of bed and get straight into the hustle & grind. But more often than not, I like to take my time to just go about my business and warm myself up before the new day kicks off!
~
I'm a big believer that you have to see how you feel when you wake up and open your eyes in the morning.
~
Just touching base with yourself for a  moment will give you some insight into what morning pattern you should run to help you get into the game on a mental, spiritual and physical level.
~
I share a lot of strategies and tips with you all, many of them are based around your morning routines and habits. But where most of you are going wrong is you're not taking the time to just feel yourself out before you jump out of bed.
~
Sometimes you've got to jump out of bed and have a cold shower. Other times, you might need to go for a walk or run to kick start your day. Some mornings you might need to just sit still and grab a cup of tea or coffee and think things through before you are ready to face the day!
~
You have to see how you feel, then apply the right pattern to help you get into the game. Although the routines you run may not change that much, the order in which you run those routines may need to changed up a little, to help you prepare yourself for the day ahead.
~
At the end of the day, you have to do what works best for you and there is no fixed strategy to waking up and kicking butt. We are all evolving and changing with each new day, our emotions, our thoughts and our circumstances change constantly. So you have factor that into your life and your routines.
~
But regardless of what patterns you run or how you go about your day, the best advice I can give you is to always give yourself a little more time in the morning to prepare your mind, body and soul f
