Also, just elaborating for a second. For me, there’s a direct correlation of how good I feel and how much yoga/working out I do. It’s empowering to see my thoughts and body changing as well. I’m more productive (minus me sleeping all day today...oops lol) and wayyyy less worried about things I cannot control. I can’t make someone like me or want to care for me...start with what you can control which is...YOU ❤️
Kill our demons.
Yesterday was honestly one of my loneliest days ... I felt so second, sub par, and not worth it. Minus from having a killer leg day, I was in a mental funk due to life piling up and no text back. (Can I get an amen ladies?!?) Kill your demons before they kill you. Know your flaws and work on them. I’m putting this out here, to promote self love. No one else can make me happy and not every day is the best day, but to learn from those experiences. Do things that empowers yourself. For me, it’s dropping those people that are half ass and do the things that make me happy. Cleansing & cherishing my pros because I’m an awesome person. ☺️
First of all look at himmmm😍😍😍 but it’s not just that it’s the drive. It takes a lot of work and dedication to look like that. Plus he is super helpful!!! If you have questions he will respond. It’s down-to-earth and driven people like him what really make the fitness industry. Let’s motivate each other, here’s some Monday motivation chickaaas ☺️
