watched some ted videos a couple of days ago, and find something good from brené brown's the power of vulnerability. here's what she said:
you can't numb vulnerability, grief, shame, fear, or disappointment without numbing the emotions. when we numb those, we numb joy, gratitude, happiness.
you can't be selectively numb.
you know how there are people that, when they realize vulnerability are important, they surrender and walk into it?
well, that's not me.
me too, brené, me too.
this is gonna take a while.
Although I am an atheist, I have a special place in my heart for church, cathedral, and gothic architecture. ❤
This St.Vitus Cathedral had a tremendous influence on Late Gothic sytle for Central Europe, and it took 585 years and 6 architects to finish it.

a punctuation mark (;) indicating a pause, typically between two main clauses, that is more pronounced than that indicated by a comma. optional semicolon continues a sentence rather than ending one.
view of prague from charles bridge. the bridge was even more grand than my imagination, and from this perspective, it really resembles entrance to a theme park. 🎢
thanks @janekrubes for his #honestpragueguide !
“love does not look like a person
love is our actions
love is giving all we can
even if it's just the bigger slice of cake
love is understanding
we have the power to hurt one another
but we are going to do everything in our power to make sure we don't
love is fighting out all the kind sweetness we deserve
and when someone shows up
saying they will provide it as you do
but their actions seem to break you
rather than build you
love is knowing whom to choose”

in twenty years, i think i will look back at this photo and recall how much possibility lay before me and how powerful youth is and how i am not as ugly as i imagined. it's a photo to remind that i can't be both young AND wise, to realize adulthood is a long journey, but it is possible to adjust myself without losing all my edges. at least, the sunlight is always free, and that, is something to be grateful for. 📷 @fandielzo
no matter where i go, i still end up me. what's missing never changes. the scenery may change, but i'm still the same incomplete person. the same missing elements torture me with a hunger i can never satisfy. i think that lack itself is as close as i'll come defining myself.
it is a mad, mad world, and you do not require ten digit bank accounts to immerse yourself in. travel down dusty roads without destination in mind, climb the mountain and scream out into the void, kiss the hell out of a stranger, get lost and lose yourself. because when you are old and ill, fame won't matter. you are the sum of all the stories you can tell. think less of destiny and more of the moment. explore the wilderness, especially the one within.
