Mini triceps workout 😍
Triceps are super finicky when you work them out. They key to getting a good tricep workout is to make sure the upper arm remains completely stationary, and for skull crushers your upper arms should be making a 90° angle to your body, tipping slightly past perpendicular in the direction of your head. When your arm starts moving down towards your chest you lose tricep activation.
When you do tricep kick backs it’s about keeping tension in the muscle. This is achieved best by not swinging your weight all the way to the chest. Kick back, drop your arm down so that your forearm is straight up and down to the floor, and kick back again. The weight shouldn’t be coming up the the chest on the back end of the eccentric contraction☺️

I haven’t done a food post in a while!
These are some of my favorite vegan and vegetarian frozen foods! Most of the time I go with the chicken nuggets and corn dogs. I usually eat them with steamed yams and a small salad.
The English muffins toasted with pb&j  are my favorite breakfast or snacks☺️
And the chicken strips are good in stir fry.
I still haven’t tried the beyond meat burgers yet,  but I’m planning on making them for me and my boyfriend soon.
All of these Morningstar products are 100% worth buying, but just be aware that they’re not all vegan.
I like some gardein stuff too every once in a while, but these are my staples😋❤️☺️

These dulce de leche donuts are my favorite from my favorite donut shop, Dough ❤️🍩😋
I’ve always loved donuts ever since I was a kid, and I’ve always had my favorite donut shops. Seattle is nice because they have a lot of good local donut shops. Nyc does too, but not the Bronx 🙁 sadly all we have is Dunkin’ Donuts, which is fine if you’ve never had a good donut. But once you experience good donuts you’ll never be able to go back to those. Every time I got a DD in the past year I threw it away after one bite because it was yucky.  The best donuts I’ve found the the Bronx so far is 7-11, they have the best donuts for gas stations

My first leg day since I’ve been back😍
It went well, I just started with light weight, getting back into it. Also doing 50 minutes of cardio on the elliptical
I haven’t had the chance to weigh and measure myself since I’ve been back. I’ve been so busy and I like to do it first thing in the morning, going to try to do it tomorrow.
I’ve made a couple small changes to my diet this week, fingers crossed that I see some progress. Even if I’m just the same as I was before I went on vacation, that would still be a win
