Mad about tofu 😍 here’s the tofu I showed in my story a few days ago where I experimented with using xanthan gum to thicken up some sauce. I used garlic, tamari, rice vinegar, sweet chilli, water & a bit of maple syrup before adding a tiny bit (1/4 tsp) of xanthan gum.
It turned out delicious! It was first time trying that ingredient so I’m sure I’ll learn more ways to use it 😋 thank you @woolworths_au for sending it out to me with lots of other vegan goodies 🌱
Who’s tried Korean rice cakes? I need to make these again! I found them at an Asian grocer and had them with a garlic chilli sauce 🌱 They were delicious! I paired with a tofu veggie stir fry 😋✨ Happy Monday!
