So this is the customer service you can expect from Stripe payment services. I thought PayPal was bad, but Stripe refuses to do anything to stop the fraudulent charge back to my account. Not only that, but they charged me a hidden despute fee for disputing this that isn't clearly discussed anywhere on their page. They refused to rerun that fee or even look at my evidence. This is the last time I use stripe. What a terrible company.
They also hung up on me twice now and I have been calm and patient. This is really a piss poor company to deal with. I'm going to my bank now to contest their charge on my account and then I am writing the bbb.
