We experience & learn daily how food is our medicine. While staying light & flexible we consistently look for balance when prepping a days set of meals.
Meeting our days food choices with simplicity on full traveling days is essential. This calls for some planning to continually get nutrient effective meals that are exciting & satisfying.
Raw "wrawps" filled with cauliflower rice, Urad dahl, & a taste of yuka. All seasoned with cumin, coriander, fennel, clove, cinnamon, coconut oil, braggs, garlic, turmeric & black peppercorns, flax seeds, moringa powder and garnished with a handful of walnuts and chlorella.
