Can't WAIT til I can clean as much as @joflyah & @sledgehamel (lol) but until then.... I'll stick to tons and tons of reps, drilling form and consistency.

This weeks #transformationtuesday is about finding my balance as a parent. As a parent, we naturally stop everything to make sure our kids/family are taken care of first. It’s taken me time to guilt free learn to take some “me” time. My kids are still with me, but they can still learn during these training sessions. Show them the fun, passion, hard work pays off as you celebrate PRs or lift improvements- and that as everyone comes first- you still need to take care of yourself too. When I started working with @stefanrueda I could barely hip power clean 145# for 1 and with a lot of tries. Today I hip power cleaned 165# for 3 and PRd on front squat. None were pretty- and I have form issues we’re working on, but as I also love lifting and keep working on this- my kids have been apart of it all.
