dinner - chicken shish from the kebab shop (3 syns) grilled peppers, cabbage, lettuce, onion and slimming world chips. i soooo needed this grilled chicken 😍 felt like i was having a really fatty takeaway but it was only 3 syns worth!
treats for later 😍 finally got my hands on the new @halotopuk flavours - red velvet (18 syns for the whole tub) and birthday cake (14 syns for the whole tub) yaaasss! picked up some @cadburyuk curly wurlys too for 6 syns each to help me with those chocolate cravings.
snacks 🤗 mullerlight, apple and a satsuma! craving something sweet but im never sure on what to have... however, has you seen @sw_danielle’s deserts?! 😍 will be copying some of her ideas soon, her deserts look taaasty!
chicken saag for tea with rice (3.5 syns - couldn’t be bothered to do boil in the bag rice so used a pouch. its ok though because i have only had like 4 syns today.) going to iceland tomorrow to get more meals and im going to have a look at @pinchofnom’s page for some inspiration!
aching from my PT session last night but i really enjoyed it... tried strength training for the first time and i didn’t realise how much it gets your heart rate going! the best bit was when i went outside and stood in the RAIN to cool down - i love the rain after all this hot weather! ☔️
sw chicken tikka masala with boil in the bag rice - all syn free! still buzzing over my weight loss this evening - i have just over 4 weeks until i go on holiday and if i lose 10lbs (2.5lbs a week) then my total loss would be 3 stone... it’s not impossible i just need to stay focussed! i can do this 💪🏻
4lb loss this week which takes my total to 11lb in 2 weeks! soooo pleased 🤪 plus the weight i lost before slimming world now totals over 2 stone! i always struggle to lose more than 2 stone but i have well and truly broke that barrier because i am now 2 stone 4lbs lighter 🤗 well done meeee!
my eyes were bigger than my belly with tonight’s dinner 😂🐷 served myself a huge great portion and i could barely finish it... this tasted like a cheat meal but it was all slimming world friendly! 2 skinny m&s burgers (syn free) with a wholemeal roll (#hexb ) a slice of cheddar cheese (#hexa ) slimming world fries, lettuce and fried onions (in #frylight ) i don’t think i could eat another thing now, i am STUFFED!
going to an engagement party tonight so there’s going to be lots of alcohol, cake and party food! to ensure i resist all temptation, i’ve had my fave slimming world meal - PAELLA 🥘 i love it and it’s so easy to bung in the microwave for 12 minutes. now im ready to go to the party and avoid all bad food! second weigh in on monday so im not going to do anything to ruin my weight loss!
my second week of slimming world is nearly coming to an end and i’ve been SO good and followed it to a t! we had prosecco and cakes at work today to celebrate some good news and i didn’t touch a single thing! (probably because i was trying to organise 20+ people to have a group photo) anyway... chicken saag slimming world curry tonight with rice - lovely jubbly!
🤤 - best emoji to describe this dinner... jerk chicken thighs with baby leaf salad. i also threw a red pepper in the jerk seasoning and roasted that with the chicken 😍 absolutely amazing and only 2 syns (honey used in the jerk mix.) thank you @pinchofnom for this A-MAZING recipe 🙌🏼
