Due to some hip issues, my doc and I decided it's best for me to take the next 2 weeks or so off from exercising. I need to give my body a chance to completely recover to see if that will do the trick. In the meantime, I'll be fully embracing the extra time to read, watch Christmas movies, cook/bake, and cheer my family and friends on at the gym 😊. Have a favorite way to unwind besides exercise? Send your ideas my way! I'd love to try out something new.
