There's a tension between fear and faith.
Jesus says if you're going to fear something, fear God. Nothing else is worth your energy because God is bigger than anything else that might get thrown at you.

Living the wild life is all about living with your soul set free. It’s not about getting outdoors every weekend. It’s not YOLO, the kind of wild life where you do whatever you want. If you’ve tried that, you know it leaves you feeling like a sad circus animal, directionless, caged, and only half alive. This wild life is set on trusting unswervingly, healing relentlessly, loving courageously, and adventuring purposefully.
John put it like this: “Every time God gets ahold of someone's life, He leads them into a great adventure.” Thoughts from my devotional this morning... #wildlife#story#liveboldly
"Do I have what it takes?" Is the internal question we all wrestle with when we see a different version of ourselves in the future. .
But we'll never know if we have what it takes if we don't show up in the small things. .
Some people believe that Mother Teresa once said that people would come to her and ask if she would pray for them to find their calling. Her response was that she wouldn't pray for that but she would pray that they would see and do the next right thing. .
We don't have to jump sometimes we just have to step.
What's the next right thing in front of you?
There is a tension between faith and fear. But we all want to live a life that matters. To leave a faith-filled legacy. Sometimes it's small daily actions and sometimes it's big decisions. Buying a coffee shop was a big decision for two people with no experience in owning a coffee shop.
What did you think of this story? If you received it, did it help inspire you in your story?

This week Elon Musk made headlines for smoking pot on Joe Rogan's podcast... Which has nothing to do with this post.
Except that Elon and Joe had a 2-hour conversation prior to that and one of the things they talked about was how unhappy people are from Instagram/social media.
People put their best self forward on Instagram with happy moments and flattering filters. And their isn't anything wrong with that. We all know that's not the whole story of a person's life. But we forget quickly. And we get sad when we don't think our life is special.
Joe Rogan shared this quote from Theodore Roosevelt.
The point being.
1. You have your own story. Which means there is a lot more positive than you could be giving yourself credit for.
2. Everyone else has their own story. Which means there is a lot more negative than you can see.
Perspective on yourself is a lot more important than perspective on anyone else.
Have a beautiful day. ✌️
