Endometriosis has been linked with the microbiome of the Endometrium.
Essentially meaning that the bacterial balance of our womb/lady parts is essential for our health in this area.
* Women with a history of a pelvic infection (endometritis) are twice as likely to develop endometriosis
* Women with endometriosis have more gram-negative bacteria in their endometrium compared to women without the disease
If you suffer from endometriosis, digestive issues or thrush / candida / vaginal infections, it is so, so important to address this using a holistic approach. Natural, quality, herbal extracts have been comparable to antibiotics for some strains of bacterial, parasitic, microbial and fungal activity. Specific strains of probiotics and positive yeasts can also be very helpful.
Optimal food choices as well as natural underwear are also essential.
If you are suffering from endometriosis or symptoms suggestive of an imbalance, it could well be time to detoxify your body and seek professional help for your specific imbalance.
I know the word "detoxify" gets thrown around a lot these days, but well selected, correctly dosed herbal medicines, nutrients and probiotics can be the missing link for some ladies with Endometriosis and or recurrent gut / uterus bacterial imbalances.
Know that there are powerful and effective options for you. Big Love and Happy Sunday, WonderWomb.

•Fertility & Balancing Feminine/Masculine Energy•
This is one of my favourite stones for PCOS & infertility & boosting libido 🌸SHIVA LINGHAM YONI EGG🌸Available via online store https://thenourishedmum.com/yoni-eggs-wands/
Shiva Lingham stones are gathered from the sacred site of Onkar Mandhata once a year in India. Shiva Lingham stones are believed to be helpful in increasing fertility and libido and for easing childbirth.
The stones are skilfully polished by hand into smooth, round, Lingham-shaped eggs which give them quite a masculine energy but when combined with beautiful feminine markings are said to help balance feminine and masculine energies.
Creating a space for women to find a heart/womb connection is what I find most passionate about my work. A few years ago I was asked what was the first thing that came to mind when I heard the word womb... naturally it was “pregnancy” followed by a feeling of loss & emptiness. It’s so common in clinic for postnatal women to feel as though they need to go through a stage of grief after birthing their baby. We don’t need to be pregnant to have a connection to our womb. AND we don’t need to punish or disconnect to our womb when she isn’t giving us a child. We need to heal her, listen to her & allow our heart to speak to her. Creating space for women to re-connect to their feminine energy through massage, movement, meditation & breath 💕💕💕
Yes she is little
I do appreciate everyone’s concerns in me returning to work 😳
We live in a society where everyone advocates #womensrites & women choosing what is best for them & their family, YET when they do it, they are judged & frowned upon. So what is it ladies? Do you still expect women to live in times of oppression? Then keep judging OR lift up women when they live their choices!
I am going back to work this week, which is super early with aria being only 8 weeks old. Going back to work for me is 4 hours in clinic away from her, kinda the same time as a woman taking a break to go to the gym, or go get a massage. So what is the difference if work is my break or pleasure? Work to me is my self care as it’s what I truly love most (after my family) it gives me a meaning outside of nappies, being a milk maid, sitting in a rocking chair, cooking & cleaning, it’s my passion & I can’t WAIT to be back in clinic this week. It gives aria a few hours of bonding with daddy which is also super important to us at this time.
So please, I know some of you mean well but this is my life & my #selfpleasure thanks for the tag #pleasurechallenge#selfpleasurechallenge @katherineeden_rewilding it gave me major moto for this post!

I agree, weekly Acupuncture definitely helped me during my pregnancy & prepare the body for labour 💕 #Repost ・・・

|| acupuncture + pregnancy :
You may have a needle phobia (like I did, believe it or not) but acupuncture is so different. So gentle & subtle. And if it’s still too much, acupressure is always an option. You don’t have to struggle in silence with your pregnancy. There are natural + safe ways to help...
Here are some of the pregnancy symptoms acupuncture can relieve that science has studied:
• Morning sickness (nausea &/or vomiting)
• Lower back
• Pelvic pain
Can also help support the more irregular symptoms like...
• Breeched baby presentation
• PUPPS rashes + itching
• Carpal tunnel
• Gestational diabetes
For me, weekly treatments were a MUST particularly in my 3rd trimester. And the rest, downtime & meditation on the bed was a godsend (even if it were between patients on a busy work day hehe). This lovely photograph of a gorgeous goddess makes prego life look a breeze doesn’t it? If only Hehehe. ||

I don’t think anything in life beats that very first moment. After losing a baby, conceiving again is the most terrifying 9 months imaginable. Every time you go to the toilet, you fear too see the colour red. Every second you don’t feel baby move inside, every lead up to every scan, every doppler, every blood test, every moment until labour is over and you get to hold that baby in your arms is complete fear! But then in that moment your heart beats a new tune & different fears start. Wow being a mumma makes you realise how much you can love, care & protect 💕
Today with Skye @aspirephysiosa Glenelg, 11:30am-12:30pm 💚💚💚

R u ok?
Infertility can be linked to a downward spiral of anxiety, depression, self doubt & for many men & women, the feeling of failure. It is ok to reach out for help, it is ok to say no to a baby shower invite, it is ok to tell you’re family & friends of your struggles. Often I’m up late replying to emails or private inboxes of women who need to vent, ask questions, or feel heard, so today & every day my door, ears & heart are open ❤️❤️❤️
Heal The Womb next Sunday @theyogacentre has two places left. Come & join us to reconnect to your feminine energy, your fertile self, and sit in a circle with us to heal all things stored in your womb space, the physical & emotional 🌸🌸🌸
