We’re roughly 16 weeks out and I feel like I’m finally gaining a bit of momentum. Zoning in and enjoying my workouts, motivation is good, hunger isn’t too bad, but I have noticed my nonexistent fashion sense is deteriorating even more 😜 don’t laugh if you see me wear socks with tsinelas. I’ve done it before and random people loled 😅 dicks🖕🏼
Prep isn’t just a glorified cut. It can be a complete lifestyle overhaul. The exact same protocols you did to achieve your summer body won’t get you stage ready. The end result is more extreme, so it makes sense that the process can also be extreme. The beauty of natural bodybuilding is learning when to step harder on the gas and when to step on the brakes. Learn to work with your body, not against it.

Hit another milestone yesterday with @littlemisspatricia ✅ 1st time on a judging panel together and what a first show it was 💪🏼 The WNBF amateur competition was lit fam and the athletes looked great! The natty flag is rising higher in the Philippines 🇵🇭 For those who aren't familiar with the WNBF, they do urine and polygraph testing @wnbf_philippines @wnbfofficial 👍🏼👌🏼💪🏼
In literally less than 10 mins, @kenlizardo made so many vital changes to my posing game. Seriously guys, he’s honestly one of the best posing coaches in the Philippines. NO DOUBT 👍🏼👌🏼💪🏼

My legs are definitely not the biggest, but boy have they come a long way in terms of growth from when I first started training em. From 20 rep squats every other day, GVT leg workouts (German Volume Training), Smolov Jr., etc, I’ve tried a lot. It wasn’t until I hired my coach @zach_trahan that I really saw the progress.
For all you beginners or even intermediate athletes having a hard time growing dem wheels: focus on making your legs stronger, eat enough, be patient, and stay consistent 👍🏼👌🏼💪🏼 Sincerely, a former leg day skipper / former upper body all day everyday..er
