Healthy Housing: The National Association of Realtors predicts that the number of home sales will increase next year, but the rate of price appreciation will slow. 
Speaking at the 2018 Realtors® Conference & Expo, NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun rejected speculation about another housing bubble, saying "…people are living within their means and not purchasing homes they cannot afford. This is a stronger, more stable market compared to the loosely regulated market leading up to the bust."

I was emailed this image from a few colleagues aka friends aka homies this morning and it's funny how time flies. Seeing how we currently are in the midst of a market correction, 8 years ago we were in the midst of the great recession. APMC only had about 500 people with the company then and then Kurt Reisig took a huge chance with myself and opening up the first Bay Area branch for the company as well as the first retail branch of a now robust retail division.
Looking back, the company has afforded me plenty of opportunity, plenty of growth, although more than anything it has allowed and afforded me the opportunity to meet, grow and serve with and to some of the greatest people I have had the chance to work with. I am incredibly blessed to work with APMC and the team that I have.
Thank you to my awesome colleagues, clients, friends, homies, etc for being such a tremendous asset and allowing our team to continue to do what we do. ...the second photo is a shot of me back then, with my dachshund Pinky aka Pinkster aka Pinkaroni aka ate tacos with me every Friday. 😎🤙

High-cost area limits – for one-unit properties in most high-cost areas will be $726,525. Although we never worked together, I tried like crazy to recruit this guy when we first opened our branch in Marin. Armand was one of a kind, a true professional with a heart of gold. His laughter was contagious and he was one heck of a good friend. I had a lot of love for this guy and his legacy will live on. RIP brother, you will definitely be missed. @armand5000
