Last say of my deload week.  Hamstring didn't give me any issues today (*knocks on wood*). I haven't done paused deads in a minute, but I see know I need to pause longer 
Bench is still trending up.  Hit a sub maximal #PR on my top single.  However, on my one back off set, I got loose in the bottom on my last rep and dumped it forward.  I missgroved it soo bad I couldn't make the rep!

Squats felt off today, not sure what it was.  On the set shown, I got a little loose in the bottom, and it threw off my focus for the rest of the set.  Not my best squats  technique-wise...
On to bench; I started to work in floor press into my bench accessory work.

I was borrowing a pair of shoes with a taller heal than I'm use to. So I felt forward on my toes on a few of these.  Otherwise, squats moved well.
As for bench, ai misgroved my top single, but I'm happy regardless.  My shoulder has been feeling better, and I'm benching 315lb for back off sets again, so I can't complain!
No rows today because I had to cut it short for work.  I'll make them up tomorrow.

For those that have been following along, you know this hasn't been a fun week for me.  To continue from yesterday, I finished training at midnight, ate dinner and went to bed.  Then I got called in to work at 0200... I got home tonight at 2100.
For tonight's training, the focus was continued hamstring rehab.  My hamstring has been feeling better, and I'm happy with the technique progress I've been able to make at the lighter weight.  Also, 425lb his the heaviest I've pulled since I hurt my hamstring sprinting.

I only got 2 hours of sleep last night (week-long duty), and I had to go into work tonight, putting an hour and a half between my squats and bench.  Not making excuses or complaining, just noting the variables that impacted today's training.
Squats were sloppy; I was letting the bar roll all over my back.  Also, on the top set, I unracked the bar unevenly left to right.  Again, sloppy... I did manage to clean up the back off sets (#thatsnotheavy), but I need to start getting this right on the front end.
For bench, (once I got back home), I managed to get setup well, even with the black sling shot.  However, I over shot my top set, failing rep 4.  The weird thing is that rep 3 moved well.  While I don't ever like to fail reps in training; I'll get over it, given the circumstances.

It's only Monday, and it's already been a stressful week at work!  Training keeps me going!
Squats just felt heavy today.  I was a little hesitant during what ended up being my top single.  I wanted a sub max effort 515lb, but it wasn't in the cards today.
That said, my bench was flying today.  I was able to get tighter under the bar this week.  Big difference from last week!
Lastly, some sloppy rows for 8s #cardio .
