135kg squat, 100kg bench, and 150kg deadlift.
Held the provincial bench record for all of five minutes until @aserettt slammed out a gorgeous 100.5 kg. I'm coming for ya at nats! 😊
Somehow didn't get any videos of deadlifts so if anyone has one plz send it to me!! Really great day! Went 7/9 and went all out on my thirds. Had a ton of fun dancing around with @aquerat in the warm up room.

Our perfectly reasonable response to losing power from the tornado was to go to the cottage... That also had no power. But it at least had a wood stove!

And then Sam had this crazy idea. Where. I could like... actually DO the eccentric half of the deadlift?¿ Instead of just dropping it?¿ It's almost like doing it will double my time under load and maybe I'll eventually work up to a respectable deadlift?¿ SO INNOVATIVE.
