Dinner tonight - cumin roasted aubergine, pomegranate seeds, coriander, yoghurt dressing, pumpkin seeds and tamarind based on the recipe in #sirocco by @sabrinaghayour - had to swap the pomegranate molasses because it’s sold out in 3 stores in Antwerp city center...might be due to @ottolenghi 🤣
