Apparently haven’t lost too much from all the half marathon training. Matched an old PR of 385 for 8 (last 6 shown) on the first day back on heavy squats in 2 months. Last time I got this for 8 reps, I weighed 195 right before maxing. Could barely still get it at BW 185. #200poundsoverbodyweight
