Huge appreciation to this beautiful woman! 
In the four weeks since starting my Mama to Milf program Ash has lost 3.3kgs of pure body fat, and gone down in her visceral fat 😍 
For those of you who don’t know what visceral fat is, it’s the cheddar cheese attached to your internal organs that causes so many health issues!

Not only are you smashing your health out of the park, but your mindset since starting has improved so much too! It’s the best feeling when you tell me that friends have complimented you and noticed a change already in such a short time 
Proud is an under statement 🤗🤗

Okay, so the obvious needs to be stated... .
WATER is LIFE!.

But a VERY small percentage of us actually drink enough. When I was younger I HATED water. You’d never catch me drinking it, like ever! And how did it effect me? I feel asleep at school almost every day. I didn’t recovery well after training and would always be sore forever. I could sleep for 8 hours but still feel so lethargic and tired!.
.
You know what the craziest part of this was? My doctor couldn’t even tell me what was wrong. Not once did he ask me what my diet was like, or if I drank enough water and got enough exercise and sleep. .
HYDRATION is SO important for so many bodily functions! Feeling crap? Go drink some water!.

Rule of thumb - 2ltrs for every 25kgs of body weight. Add a litre for exercise, add a litre for coffee consumption 👌🏼

Trying to juggle motherhood, two dogs, launching a Business, selling another business, studying full time, working on my relationship, building relationships with new clients, and managing to still eat well and work out every day has been especially tough this week as my little man has been exceptionally needy.

He broke two more teeth earlier this week and has been so demanding of my time and energy.
.
Learning to except that if I don’t get things done because I’m putting him first, I don’t get to beat myself up. .
Being a present attentive mother is way more important to me than anything else ever will be.

The beauty of bands, is you have an entire set of ‘weights’ in each pack. One band gets too easy? Just go to the next colour up! I started on green for upper body and use red or black for lower body 😈.
