This picture was taken right after I stopped shaking and immediately before throwing up 😡πŸŒͺβ˜ οΈπŸ˜… Was short on time today so after my warm up I threw myself under the bar and murdered my legs #deathbyhipthrusts 
I remember a while back seeing a post by @_shaelashae in which she did one rep of a hip thrust followed by a short break, then two reps *break* all the way up to 20 πŸ’€ at about 11 I was ready to quit then recalled watching one of her YouTube videos about mental health and put my mind to it and finished all the way up to the big TWO-0. Contributing to that, on the final reps I upped the weight because what would my future self do? #wreckthat
