It’s bittersweet to be wrapping up #StokeTheInnerFire, as today is Day 5 Yogi’s Choice! I chose side crow as I know that regular core work (practicing plank and boat 😉) are key to getting in to arm balances and inversions. This was a pose I started practicing a couple of months ago and know that my core is to credit for getting it (and my secret weapon @modern.day.yoga). So I know if I keep working the new poses from this challenge progress will come.

This is 31. If I can summarize my year of being 30 with one word, it would be transformational.

I bought a house with my love, moved to a new town, and made Lindsay home.
•
I started teaching at a new studio @femmefitnesslindsay, where I found a new home amongst some other boss babe trainers. Posed for this headshot (which if you look through my feed you’ll see I never do).
•
Went on my first retreat, and got to teach yoga while in Mexico. Worked with @adzentureretreats to keep manifesting magic.
•
I got at least one standing ovation.
I took a SUP yoga class in the Pacific Ocean.
I made veggie sushi.
I got CPR and first aid certified, and quickly got to use it.
I took a vegan cooking class.
I celebrated 1, 4, and 6 with my favourite tiny humans. And found out about a new niece or nephew that will soon join them.
I read, and I read, and I read some more.

I loved and lived this past year. And I’ve got big plans to keep on transforming through the one ahead.
