One of our absolute favorite holiday cocktails is the Black Currant Bramble Crush. Doesn’t it just make you ready for fall?
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Sonoma Syrup Acai Black Currant Syrup
1 tbsp Sonoma Syrup Apple Cider Drinking Vinegar
2 oz vodka
In a glass, combine the blackberries, lemon juice, vinegar and syrup; lightly crush the berries to release their juice. Add ice and vodka; top with seltzer. Stir to combine. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and blackberries. Enjoy!

Just because it’s fall doesn’t mean we can’t have fresh salads. It just calls for fresh fall veggies, and of course our Apple Cider Drinking Vinegar!
For a delicious Homemade Vinaigrette just gather-
¼ cup your favorite Sonoma Syrup fruit syrup – Meyer Lemon, Pomegranate, Acai Black Currant or Vanilla Bean Syrup
¼ cup Sonoma Syrup Apple Cider Infused Drinking Vinegar
½ cup Extra Virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in an empty large jar and shake vigorously until well-blended. Serve over your favorite fall salad and enjoy!
