Somewhat of a tradition to have Pizza upon return from Paris (and usually high acid Riesling). We made the trek to @opsnyc and were rewarded with two outstanding pizzas!  And a terrific #vinnaturel from #pierrebeauger - a skin fermented Pinot Gris that was complex and full of energy (not a mouse in sight) and paired perfectly with the Pizzas! Thank you so much @opsnyc #pizzastudy
