I’m aiming for 1,900-2,000 kcal a day because a) I’m exhausted, b) I’m training hard 3x per week, c) I’m nearly at my 🎯weight d) I’m going on a cycling tour of Cuba next week and I need to be in a fit state to do it, and e) I’m fucking exhausted. My brain in addled! 😫 I’ve double booked myself this afternoon, I’ve given my house key to the car service company, my husband is away and our kitchen fitter will be gone by the time I get back. I didn’t have time to eat the soup I bought for lunch so ended up with a sandwich deal. Only 100kcal more than I planned and much later than I wanted to eat so it’ll keep me going. Still within my calories that I am going to have to increase again any way due to feeling very tired and dropping over 2lb on the scales this week. I haven’t done the fruit pot I was going to bring with me.
