I may have quit in the recent short-term.. But in the long-term, the drive is everlasting. A setback can only be followed by a comeback💯 When it feels right. Til then, I’ll be focusing on improving & moving forward in other aspects of life. Including finishing up this PT course that’s taken me forever due to competition prep always getting in the way of my focus on my studies!🙃
This week, I’ll have to prioritize the studying over the gym, sadly😩 But that’s okay cuz it’ll be worth it!🙌🏼 #Priorities

Goal: Become a Fat-Burning MACHINE🔥🔥

‼️Video content is ooobviously sped up! Some parts faster than others‼️

Last night’s starter with 7 sets on the leg press, just working my way up!💪🏼
(Other leg exercises in between not recorded)

And then the finisher!💥
This is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuit I’ve been playing around with for the last 5 weeks, swapping different exercises out once certain ones feel too easy.
•
Trained legs for about an hour. Then the HIIT circuit, which I did twice with minimal rest in between took about 15mins max😅💦 In the vid, it’s the second set that was recorded. I was GASSSSED! (Slept like a rock💀)
Incorporating HIIT 2x/week to boost my metabolism & endurance, without losing too much muscle mass. Also to keep things more FUN than cardio machines😴 
Although sometimes cardio machines are better!!! On days I just feel like zoning out & vibing to some tunes🙌🏼😎
Either way, DON’T skip your cardio!!🗣
