Bench - 75kg
Big Conner currently on a tri set fat loss program. Combining leg, push and pull exercises together to elevate the heart rate to maximize fat loss. Proud of his progress so far and looking a lot leaner with improved body composition. Finishing off with hammer curls here!
So happy for Julia’s progress so far in the past 12 weeks. We’ve eliminated her knee pain and built a more balanced structure within the muscles. She’s gained a lot of strength and movement quality has improved dramatically. One of my hardest workers in the gym 🙂💪🏽
Jerry performing the reverse drop lunge to increase the range of motion of his front leg. He’s lost a good amount of body fat so far and will continue to lose more. Proud of his hard work and will hit the 20kg fat loss mark soon!
So happy to see Derek performing barbell deadlifts. 12 weeks ago from not being able to hip hinge properly due to tight areas and a lack of motor skill of a hinge, we focused on mobilizing these areas and strengthening his posterior chain progressively to get into a better position. He’s getting stronger now and sooner or later, catch up to me! 💪🏽🙂
@roopesh7 on a fat loss phase after his powerlifting comp 2 months ago. He’s body composition is improving while he’s on a caloric deficit. He is doing a few sets of strength per week (80% 1RM) to maintain as much strength as possible. 150kg for a single here.
