One of the pros of Macro dodge and burn is that it retains more details and give a more realistic look, you’re basically taking out the dark and light areas to get an even skin across.
It’s time consuming, I literally spent about 1hour 44mins to get the skin to that level.
If your subject doesn’t have a good skin like @mau_reen.o you’d be spending more hours.
For me it’s not the best method when it comes to timing and efficiency.
But I give it a thumb up when it comes to details.
