Yesterday, I have been awarded as the first winner of NAOME Master Chef 2018. It's a social event in my department.. Thanks to my voters. Very much appreciated 😄🤗😘 I cooked RENDANG, slow cooked beef with coconut milk. It's a traditional meal from Indonesia. It was awarded as the most delicious food in the world (CNN version, 2011)
I forgot to take a pict.. only the empty plates 😂😂
Now, people know that rendang is not crispy lol
#throwbackmasterchefUK when the judge said the chicken rendang should be more crispy.. It hurts looool 😂
I got a slow cooker for the prize, so I will cook a ton of rendang with this 😂😃💪
