Simple recipe for simple cookies 🍪⠀

Here the recipe ⠀

For 14-15 mini protein Cookies ⠀
⠀
100gr peanut butter⠀
100gr vanilla whey protein powder ⠀
1 egg⠀
Some stevia to taste ⠀
2-3 Tbsp chocolate muesli (or chocolate chips)⠀
1/3 cup almond milk ⠀

Preheat oven to 180 degrees ⠀
⠀
Mix peanut butter, almond milk, and egg together in a bowl until smooth. ⠀
⠀
Add you protein powder nd mix together until the consistency resembles cookie dough.⠀
⠀
Optional: you can add 2-3 tablespoon of crunchy muesli for extra flavor ;)⠀
⠀
Roll mixture into small balls ( you may need to wet your hands) and arrange on a baking sheet; flatten each with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.⠀
⠀
Bake for 10 minutes.⠀ ⠀
Voilà simple comme bonjour!⠀

2 yogurts (I used one big of 400gr)⠀
2  big tablespoons of small tomato paste⠀
2 onions⠀
1 clove of pressed garlic⠀
Some fresh ginger⠀
3 tomatoes⠀
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil⠀
1 half lime⠀
1 handful of fresh coriander⠀
⠀
spices: ⠀
2 tsp garam massala, ⠀
2 tsp coriander powder.⠀
2 tsp curcuma⠀
1 tsp cumin powder⠀
1 tsp Cardamon powder⠀
salt⠀
⠀
⠀
Optional : 1 tsp chili powder⠀
***********************⠀
Mix one yoghurt with half of all the spices and the tomato paste, and coat the chicken in it.⠀
⠀
In a cast iron casserole, brown the chopped onion for 10 minutes then add the garlic and ginger, as well as the chicken and marinade. Brown for 15 minutes while stirring⠀
⠀
Add the chopped tomatoes with 1 small glass of water and the rest of the spices and simmer over low heat, covered for about 20 minutes (or longer if your chicken pieces are larger).⠀
⠀
After 20 minutes of cooking, add the second yoghurt that will bind the sauce, a handful of fresh coriander and a lime wedge, and serve with Basmati rice.⠀

I was craving last week for almond and at the same looking for a nice birthday cake, that's why i came up with this new "tryout" cake which turned out to be great!  This recipe takes a bit longer than usual but you won’t be disappointed 😋Wanna give a shot?⠀

Here the recipe⠀
*****************************⠀
For the "crème pâtissière"⠀
500 ml almond milk⠀
60 gr Stevia⠀
60 gr maizena (cornstach)⠀
20 ml vanille extract⠀
4 eggs⠀
⠀
For the rest⠀
250 almond powder (not flour)⠀
100 gr wholewheat flour⠀
50 ml Coconut oil⠀
20 gr Stevia⠀
4 yolks⠀
2 pinch of salt⠀
*****************************⠀
Phase 1:⠀
Start by making your "crème pâtissière" For this, pour your eggs into a large bowl with the stevia. Whip the mixture until you get a little white mousse, then add the cornstarch and the vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is well blended.⠀
⠀
Meanwhile heat the almond milk. Once the mixture begins to simmer pour it twice in the egg and stevia mixture. Whip briskly to prevent hot milk from cooking eggs. Once the mixture is homogeneous, pour it back into the hot pan and heat on low heat. Stir constantly so as not to cook eggs for about 7 minutes. At the end of this step you will need to get a homogeneous cream.⠀
⠀
Pour the "crème pâtissière" into a container and immediately film on contact. "Sticking" your stretch film with cream will prevent the formation of crust and condensation with heat. Let cool at room temperature, then put the cream in the fridge for 1 hour.⠀

Phase 2:⠀
Pour your almond powder into a bowl and add the 2 egg yolks, coconut oil and stevia. Mix the mixture.⠀
⠀
Remove the "crème pâtissière" from the refrigerator and add it this new almond mixture.⠀
⠀
⠀
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.⠀
⠀
Once the preparation is homogeneous, add the flour and pinch of salt. ⠀
⠀
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 170 ° C. Then allow the cake to cool completely before unfolding.⠀

Here the recipe⠀

4 small slices whole wheat bread⠀
½ scoop vanilla protein powder⠀
1 tbsp granulated sweetener⠀
2 whole eggs⠀
100ml almond milk⠀
Fruits/nuts of your choice ⠀

Preheat pan to medium/high heat. ⠀
Whisk together egg, protein powder and milk.⠀
Soak each slice of bread in egg mixture on each side. Cook french toast on each side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.⠀

Sprinkle with any topping of your choice (fruits, nuts...) and you’re good to go!⠀

100gr peanut butter⠀
100gr Vanilla Whey⠀

a pinch of salt⠀

For the chocolate coating:⠀
⠀
60gr dark chocolate⠀
15gr coconut oil⠀
20gr peanut powder⠀
80ml almond milk⠀
Some stevia (optional)⠀

Preheat the oven to 180°C⠀

Mix the whey, almond milk and peanut butter all together.⠀
add the rolled oats (add more milk if it is too thick to stir)⠀
⠀
Transfer the flapjack mix to the pre-lined baking tin and ⠀
use a spatula to level the mixture.⠀
⠀
Bake it for 10-15min⠀
⠀
Remove the flapjack from the oven and leave to cool⠀
⠀
For the coating:⠀
⠀
Combine dark chocolate, coconut oil and almond milk in a pot.⠀
Warm over low heat.⠀
Add the peanut powder and mix well.⠀
⠀
Pour the mix on top of the flapjack.⠀
Let the sit for few hours in the fridge , and cut into equal sized bars.⠀

1 garlic clove, crushed⠀
1 tablespoon fish sauce⠀
1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek ⠀
2 tablespoon oil ⠀
100gr thinly sliced Roastbeef ⠀
1 small cucumber⠀
1 red paprika ⠀
4 spring onions ⠀
1 bunch fresh coriander⠀
Some toasted peanuts⠀

Start with the dressing:⠀
Mix the lime juice, fish sauce, oil, sambal oelek and the garlic together. Add some salt to taste.⠀
⠀
Cut the cucumber, paprika and spring onions and mix together.⠀
⠀
Serve on 2 plates your salad-mix and add on the top the Roastbeef and sparkle with some coriander and peanuts.⠀

Finally add your dressing and you’re good to go.⠀

Hope you all started this week properly! I had an epic chest workout today💪, now its time to rest and share another quick recipe with you guys. I bought a bunch of carrots for diverse recipes and a carrot cake was of course one of them. 🥕🍰

☝️But these are more like protein Bars, and yes they are still tasty! Great for a pre/post workout snack, or perfect when you are on the run. 😉 ⠀

Here the recipe:⠀
⠀
Carrot "cake" bars ⠀⠀
******************************⠀⠀
200gr shredded carrots⠀
4 eggs⠀⠀
120gr oats⠀
100ml almond milk⠀⠀
20gr almond flour⠀
40gr crushed walnuts⠀⠀
1 Tsp cinnamon⠀⠀
1 Tsp ginger powder⠀⠀
40gr cup stevia (of sweetener of your choice)⠀⠀
2 Scoops vanilla protein powder⠀⠀
⠀
******************************⠀⠀
Blend all ingredients except the carrots and the walnuts.⠀
⠀
add it to your mix afterwards and bake on 180°C for around 20-25 minutes ⠀⠀
⠀
Let it cool ⠀
⠀
For the frosting, mix some greek yogurt with protein powder (add some gelatin if you want a thick consistency)⠀
⠀
sparkle with some cinnamon powder on the top and you're good to go!⠀

Summer is finally here! Let’s celebrate this season with some yellow exotic flavor...my homemade dessert 👉 mango panacotta. ⠀

Here the recipe⠀
**************************⠀
200ml/Gr light whipped cream (lactose free)⠀
1/2 Cup almond milk⠀
1/4 Cup stevia⠀
Juice of half a lemon ⠀
Half mango ⠀
Some fresh mint⠀
1 pack of gelatin powder⠀
Some vanilla and stevia to taste⠀

⠀
Combine the milk, cream, stevia and few drops of vanilla, bring it to a low boil for few minutes. Let it cool⠀
⠀
Mix the gelatin with a 1/4 cup of water and add it to the milk. Stir well⠀
⠀
Poor the mix into small cups and let it in the fridge at least 2 hours.⠀
⠀
Blend the mango, fresh mint with the lemon  juice (and some extra stevia if you want it more sweet)⠀
⠀
In a small saucepan bring the mango puree to a low boil and cook for 4 - 5 minutes, or until syrupy. ⠀
⠀
Add on teaspoon of gelatin powder and mix to dissolve. Let the mixture cool⠀
⠀
Spoon mango mixture over the firm panna cotta. Refrigerate for one more hour until firm.⠀

Voilà simple comme bonjour!⠀
