The picture on the left is when I was ALL in. Focusing on my nutrition and workouts and being so dedicated to my program. I fell IN LOVE with my community, workouts and meal plans and went for it 110%.
.
I lost 15+ lbs and gained so much confidence. I went from a size 6 to a size 0-2!!! Never in my LIFE did I think I would be capable of that.
.
The picture on the right is me today. I still wake up at the crack of dawn to workout everyday, but my focus on nutrition and believing in myself, is  lacking. This summer I think I lived it up a little too much if ya know what I mean.😅🍻🍪🍕
.
I stopped following my simple meal plan and let my nutrition be a 50/50 priority. I let my work and social life get the best of me and lost track of my goals.
Now, Don’t get me wrong. It’s fun! I enjoy myself! Living downtown Orlando is especially dangerous!
.
But, what I love more than living that lifestyle, is knowing what my body and health CAN be. I let myself gain back the 15 pounds. I am uncomfortable in my clothes and even a close person in my life, said something to me about it. They could tell I was gaining weight and going backwards in my journey.
.
This is a harsh eye opening truth, but it’s getting my ass in GEAR! 👊🏼
.
This is an accountability post, because I want to be transparent with all of you girls and need help with staying on track!

I am ready to DIAL in my nutrition, give it my everything and focus on ME . I am determined to get rid of these extra 15 lbs by New Years to start off 2019 with a new found confidence!💓✨👊🏼

In a broken world with a society that it constantly bringing us down, distracting and overwhelming our senses, we are in a mental overload. 🆘
.
As someone who has lived in an anxious state and constantly battles falling into the darkness, I wanted to share some tips that have helped me because I have been there.👇🏼
.
• Eat a clean, well-balanced diet avoiding processed, sugary foods
• Limit caffeine intake (causes anxiety) and alcohol consumption (causes depression)
• Start your day with a morning devotional or a positive intention
• Read or listen to personal development • Find an activity you love: running, biking, swimming, etc.
• Workout at least 30 minuets a day - it changes how you feel drastically
• Get enough rest - I get at least 7-8 hours a night
• Journal- write down how you feel and pray about it
• Find support - confide in someone you love and trust
• Yoga + meditation - taking time to breathe and stretch helps me calm my mind and nerves .
Things to remember that have helped me so so much when you are in this dark place of anxiety: you are not crazy, you are not alone and you DO have the power to change how you are feeling. ✨🖤

We ALL want to see each other grow and become healthier, more confident versions of themselves. Mentally, physically + spiritually changed. .
I have had women tell me that they have never felt more confident and comfortable in their skin. That they went down 3 pant sizes. That they don’t feel self conscious about putting on a baiting suit anymore. They have found themselves again.

I was having a pretty bad body image day yesterday and after listening to  @jessihaggertyrd podcast, it helped me realize that health is so much more than just physical looks or being a size smaller. Your weight dose not define you. It dose not give you acceptance into this world. You are already loved and accepted. It’s up to YOU to accept yourself as you are and learn to love yourself. 🌸

We have a bigger purpose than our bodies. Amen?🙌🏻 We’re not here to look a certain way for the calling we have on our lives and often, our purpose is inhibited by this belief.
.
We need to have SELF ACCEPTANCE.
.
We all have something to bring to the world and our purpose will not change if we are one size smaller, have less cellulite or abs. None of that matters with how we live in this world and connect with people and live out our calling. #sheismorefitness

My body + mind have been under so much stress that this is exactly what I need. We can get so caught up in the business of life + always being on the go. It’s so important to take a step back and examine how you feel mentally, spiritually + physically. Then, take some time to realign and get right again. ✨

I have had the worst back pain this week and went to the doctor today for a medical massage + I feel like a new person. Something I want to start doing is monthly self care splurges. Wether that be a massage, acupuncture, a facial, etc.

& something I am dying to try is cupping! 🙌🏻 Have you done it?! If so, how was it and for my Orlando babes, where did you go!👇🏼Any and all recommendations welcome! 💓

It shows that we keep promises to ourselves and to others. How we show up in our walk with Christ. When we SHOW UP, it proves that we are people of loyalty, faithfulness & commitment.

This is so much MORE than getting abs and losing weight. This is about changing from the inside out. To shine and live the life you were meant for. To go against what the world says and tune into what God says.

I am not here to be perfect. I don’t show up to attain the image of “body goals”. I am not sweating and pushing myself for praise from others.

I show up every single day for myself.
I workout because it helps me with my stress + anxiety.
I eat healthy because I want to look and feel my best.
I lead a group of women because when I was at my lowest, I had a women who helped me start this journey.
I work hard because God gave me life and instructed me to honor + care for my physical body, as I do for my soul.

I am here to share my journey. The ups, the downs, the victories and the struggles. We all have a story. We all have unique journeys.
