*Peng recipe, save for later‼️* Hellooooo happy veganuary!! 🌱. After eating copious amounts of fried chicken over the Christmas period, I wanted to detox my body and give veganuary a go. I did give up dairy and red meat earlier in 2018 and went plant-based when I had my surgery in September, so it is pretty easy for me to follow a plant-based diet. I personally enjoy cooking more as a vegan as it forces me to be more creative 💅🏽. . Here are my juicy homemade Mexican style jackfruit tacos!! So quick and easy to make, also hella tasty 🤤😍. - 1 small red onion sliced. - Handful of closed cup mushrooms sliced (both fried and seasoned with all purpose seasoning + nutritional yeast). - Black beans simmered over hob, seasoned with all purpose seasoning. - Vegan shredded jackfruit in Mexican style sauce @tescofood - 1/2 cup of spinach - Taco Shells - Topped with Oatly Creamy Oat Fraiche, lemon juice and pepper ❤️❤️❤️

The importance of mobility!! I’m ngl I’ve been so bad recently with mobility, I am constantly stiff and am struggling to activate my muscles more than usual. As much as everyone cba with pre & post workout stretches it is SO IMPORTANT‼️. Here are my favourite post leg stretches 🤗

It’s building season b! I always finish off my sessions with Romanian deadlifts to give that extra JHEEEEZ during leg days. Romanian deadlifts are A1 for dem hammies and booty!! 🍑 💪🏽
Transformation Tuesday‼️. When you ditch the fried chicken and start grinding 💪🏽. No macro counting, just eating clean, training hard and resting more. Honestly my fat loss has come as a shock to me, defo think working in a results based gym helps 😅.
