UPDATE: first time over 350lbs in just under 3months (due to patellar tendinitis). Running a self modified version of @reactivetrainingsystems intermediate program. Would suggest this to anyone who works a hard labour/construction job that has issues managing their fatigue! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ hereโ€™s 350x3 and 375x4 for the top set
