I can meal prep the crap out of lunches and dinners, but snacks I have serious temptations for.. hoping I can substitute to these amazing things! They’re soo good and fun to make! -Spinach, mushroom and mixed cheese

Finished LIIFT4!! 🎉🎉 it’s crazy the muscle and definition I’ve been able to get in such a short amount of time! Some people are ugly criers, I’m an ugly lifter 🙋🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤪😂 but if you’re lifting, and you’re not making all the “giving birth” faces, you’re not lifting heavy enough 😂
My legs are still toast from yesterday’s Leg Day.. but that doesn’t mean I can’t do some upper body 😇 May have gone back to Week 5 of LIIFT4 for Back and Biceps 😇 I WANT MORE! With Jacob back in daycare, enjoyed my new found free time with a little LEG DAY!! That was INSANE!! 💦 My last leg day of LIIFT4 with the test group! It’s been awesome being a part of this journey with so many amazing people, all with the same goal in mind. Meal prep done for my last week of LIIFT4! Going HARD this last week, keeping my nutrition on point! @carldaikeler ~Steak Stir Fry with Riced and Mashed Cauliflower ~Low Carb Shepherds Pie with Lean Ground Turkey, Mashed Cauliflower, Corn and a sprinkle of mixed cheese before I warm it up ~Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies / mixed 3 ripe bananas, 1 1/2 cups dry oats, throw in some walnuts and dark chocolate chips.. sprinkle of cinnamon.. 350* 15 mins

Not even half way through, I started pulling the excuse card looking for any reason to get out of it.. Your mind will play tricks on you! You just have to tell it to shut up and keep going! 😂 that is how you get results! So I sucked it up and finished strong.. No excuses. No regrets. Feeling good. Like a pool of jello good 😂 💪🏻🔥👍🏻
One week left of LIIFT4!
My every night struggle... Still feel like garbage..🤧 I got bronchitis a few days ago.. trying not to use it as an excuse to eat like garbage. Damn snacks! I love snacks! 🤤 but I did good! working out at night really helps distract me from my desire to binge eat everything in my kitchen.. 🤦🏼♀️ then after my workout, I get my chocolate mousse recovery shake 🎉 Win win! Still going strong with LIIFT4💪🏻 not letting this bronchitis crap slow me down! Can’t believe it’s almost over!

I just smashed the shit out of Day 1 of Week 7 of LIIFT4 again! I’m seeing serious muscle definition all over, and I am SO EXCITED! 💪🏻👊🏻💪🏻 even my forearms are getting cut, this is crazy! I can’t wait to see what these last 2 shred weeks are going to do!

Sometimes working out is just a much needed therapy session. Between my 3 year old’s temper tantrums, and my one year old teething and diaper rashes.. and aallllll the 💩 I can handle.. this momma just needed a little me time.
Poor people problems! When you max out on your heavyweights, so you start adding sets of 2lb walking weights to your dumbbells 🤷🏼♀️ 40’s are expensive! Whatever works! 💪🏻LIIFT 4 - Week 7 / Day 1

My rest day turned into cardio day.. Insanity Max 30 with Shaun T! Felt like I was hit by a bus by the end of it.. but I didn’t Max out! 🎉🙌🏻💪🏻 last time I did this, I only made it to 6 minuets without maxing! PROGRESS! 300 calories in 30 mins, I’ll take it! 👍🏻I love coming back to Shaun T’s workouts.. I lost my first 60lbs with his Cize workouts! 💪🏻
My ground turkey taco lettuce wraps turned into an epic messy Pinterest Fail.. so I just turned it into a 💥BOMB💥 taco salad! I could eat this every day of my life and be happy 🤪 SO GOOD! - For the turkey I added garlic, onion, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and Himalayan salt. When the meat was browned I added in a little garlic tomato sauce, and unsalted chicken broth.. added in corn and black beans and let it simmer.. 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Last night.... ugh.. the real workout started on the couch, I wanted to just watch my DVR and smash this heavenly box of nature valley bars.. (after my 1 year old decided she wasn’t going to bed until 10:30) fought with myself, procrastinating my workout for a good hour, trying to find any bit of motivation online.. ready to give in, my 3 year old son wakes up screaming from a nightmare.. so after getting him calmed down and back to bed, my daughter wakes up HANGRY.. after I get her all set, my son comes back out crying.. then my dog craps on the floor.. by the time witching hour calmed down, I’ve realized I was sooo behind on everything around the house I still had to do. If I just worked out instead of procrastinating, I’d be done with the workout and most of the crap I had to do.. I was so frustrated, but I didn’t want to go to bed pissed at all the things I didn’t do, bc I would just dwell on it all for another hour with nothing but regrets.. so I banged out everything I needed to do, and CRUSHED last nights workout. LIIFT4, week 6. Upped my weights finally. Those 30s were my best friend last night! Feeling friggen amazing! It’s amazing what a workout can do for your mind, body and soul. Went to bed wicked late.. but no regrets!
