By now I think y’all know I’ve been doing Beachbody for a while now 😂 I’m so pumped to say there’s a new program coming out Jan 14th for VIP! Transform 20 with Shawn T! I tried out his free preview workout today and holy hell! 💦🔥💦🙌🏻 This is a game changer! ONLY 20 mins!! 20 mins a day, 6 days a week, for 6 weeks. Trying to find time is always the #1 issue for me.. this solves my problem! What I loved was seeing is the cast struggling right there with me. 😂 made me feel better about myself! 😂 every day is going to be different, the cast will be doing this for the first time too, right there with you. Your struggles are their struggles. Connecting with the cast is a huge part of this for me. I started my journey with Shawn T.. and lost my first 50lbs with his Cize program.. And with all of the other Beachbody programs I’ve done, I know this one is going to be epic! The before and after pics coming in from the trial group are insane! This is going to be great for people that are always pressed for time, or even if you’re powerlifting at the gym, this is a great add on option for cardio! Finished my 3 Day Refresh!! 🎉😁 I needed a serious detox after Thanksgiving.. I felt so bloated, and just uncomfortable. The first pic was Monday morning when I started, and the second was Thursday morning! 6lbs in just 3 days! I wasn’t expecting that! It definitely wasn’t easy, but I’m so glad I did it!! Just 3 days!!! I feel sooo much better!Finally broke that plateau I was stuck at before Thanksgiving. And I finally crossed over my ultimate dream goal weight I never thought I would reach when I was 222lbs! Officially down 78lbs🎉 I’ve got new muscles popping I haven’t seen before! 😯 Thank you Beachbody!

Shirt sums it up! Got my 2 workouts in today.. LIIFT4 Chest / Triceps, and 80 Day Obsession / 2nd round / phase 3 Booty🍑 Down 75 lbs all together 💪🏻 Figured if I bust my ass now, I won’t regret all the damage that’s about to be done on Thanksgiving 🤤 not holding back lol! Already planned ahead, and ordered my 3 Day Refresh to start Monday.. get rid of all the crap I’m about to put in my body. After being on a low-carb diet for the last year, I’m going to swim in a sea of mashed potatoes and gravy, and I don’t feel bad about it!😂

Finished LIIFT4!! 🎉🎉 it’s crazy the muscle and definition I’ve been able to get in such a short amount of time! So happy they came out with this program, only 4 days a week, 30-40 min workouts 😯 anyone can fit this into their busy schedule! It can change your life!! My legs are still toast from yesterday’s Leg Day.. but that doesn’t mean I can’t do some upper body 😇 May have gone back to Week 5 of LIIFT4 for Back and Biceps 😇 I WANT MORE! With Jacob back in daycare, enjoyed my new found free time with a little LEG DAY!! That was INSANE!! 💦 My last leg day of LIIFT4 with the test group! It’s been awesome being a part of this journey with so many amazing people, all with the same goal in mind. Going HARD this last week, keeping my nutrition on point! @carldaikeler ~Steak Stir Fry with Riced and Mashed Cauliflower ~Low Carb Shepherds Pie with Lean Ground Turkey, Mashed Cauliflower, Corn and a sprinkle of mixed cheese before I warm it up ~Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies / mixed 3 ripe bananas, 1 1/2 cups dry oats, throw in some walnuts and dark chocolate chips.. sprinkle of cinnamon.. 350* 15 mins

One week left of LIIFT4!
My every night struggle... Still feel like garbage..🤧 I got bronchitis a few days ago.. trying not to use it as an excuse to eat like garbage. Damn snacks! I love snacks! 🤤 but I did good! working out at night really helps distract me from my desire to binge eat everything in my kitchen.. 🤦🏼♀️ then after my workout, I get my chocolate mousse recovery shake 🎉 Win win! Still going strong with LIIFT4💪🏻 not letting this bronchitis crap slow me down! Can’t believe it’s almost over!

I just smashed the shit out of Day 1 of Week 7 of LIIFT4 again! I’m seeing serious muscle definition all over, and I am SO EXCITED! 💪🏻👊🏻💪🏻 even my forearms are getting cut, this is crazy! I can’t wait to see what these last 2 shred weeks are going to do!

Sometimes working out is just a much needed therapy session. Between my 3 year old’s temper tantrums, and my one year old teething and diaper rashes.. and aallllll the 💩 I can handle.. this momma just needed a little me time.

Felt like I was hit by a bus by the end of it.. but I didn’t Max out! 🎉🙌🏻💪🏻 last time I did this, I only made it to 6 minuets without maxing! PROGRESS! 300 calories in 30 mins, I’ll take it! 👍🏻I love coming back to Shaun T’s workouts.. I lost my first 60lbs with his Cize workouts! 💪🏻
