It's devastating to see the damage this storm has done to Port St. Joe, Florida. Port St. Joe took a near direct hit as hurricane Michael passed over neighboring Mexico Beach with winds reaching 150 mph. It is the worst storm on record to hit the Florida panhandle. Many memories and friends were made there including the town hosting the Forgotten Coast Warrior Weekend. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of those effected by this storm.
Regardless of the post fight interview by @joerogan the @ufc just announced #UFC230 main event in NYC. Daniel Cormier @dc_mma will defend his title against Mr. Hotballs himself, Derrick Lewis @thebeastufc

I want the world to see
You sold a broken dream
You were not there for me
I was unraveling
All that we never knew
That could have been me and you
But you took everything
Now we're just here Unraveling
I can't take this anymore
I'm tired of breaking

I am not the wolf, nor am I the sheep.
I am both and yet I am neither.
I am hated by the sheep, for I do not look nor think like them.
I am hated by the wolf, because I know how and why they think like they do.
I am out cast from the sheep, and I hate and love that at the same time.
I am thankful I am outcast from the wolf, the source for evil.
I have always watched over the flock of sheep, it is in my DNA.
I have always resisted the wolf, again, It is in my DNA.
I have both of their strengths, and neither’s weaknesses.
The sheep are afraid, weak, forever dependent on those stronger than they are.
This dependency allows them to be conquered and dominated, easily.
The wolf is a coward outside of his pack, he is weak when he is alone.
The wolf preys upon the weak and defenseless. He conquers and dominates, easily. I am not afraid. I am strong, and never depend upon anyone, for anything, outside my family.
This absence of dependency keeps me from being conquered and dominated.
I need no pack. I am alone strong.
But in all this strength, I never conquer or dominate the sheep. Only the wolf do I dominate and conquer.
The wolf fear me. And rightly so, I take no prisoner. I expect and give no quarter. And in all this, I still watch over the sheep. Watching for the wolf.
Hated, until the coming of the wolf.
I accept this fate. It is in my DNA. It is that I am, not who I am, that makes me what I am.
I also accept that as a fact, it is not a question of if I die. No not at all. And gladly.
It begs more questions than that.
How many go before me? The honorable manner of my passing?
Have I remained true to what I know?
I am the Sheepdog
Ladies and gentlemen, we ask that you please rise and remove your hats for the National Anthem.
Here to sing "The Star-Spangled Banner" the one and only, John Amirante.
What an amazingly beautiful way to show tribute to the long time Rangers anthem singer. As everyone on and off the ice attempted to hold back the tears, Amirante's family stood behind the microphone he so elegantly sang our national anthem time and time again. Amirante's voice filled the Garden to open the Rangers new season.
Since 1980 he sang the anthem for not only the Rangers but also before the Knicks, Mets and Yankees games. John Amirante passed away April 17th 2018 at the age of 83.
So excited for a new NHL season and New York Ranger hockey. There's been a ton of changes between the end of last season and the off-season and possibly more to come before the trade deadline. I welcome all the new faces to the Blueshirts and remember that although many team favorites have gone, they too at one time were fresh faces on the NYR roster. Let's go Rangers.
25 years ago today two of my personal heroes selflessly gave their lives during Operation Gothic Serpent. SFC Shughart and MSG Gordon were posthumously decorated with the Medals of Honor for their actions on 3 October 1993. The amazing acts of courage, selfless service and sacrifice of all the men involved in Gothic Serpent would later be told in the book and following movie Blackhawk Down. The failure of the administration to properly support the units involved and the eventual withdrawal of forces was seen as a weakness by enemies and terrorist. But they can never take away the respect I have for the men involved. Rest Easy
Yes YES Hell FUCK Yes
I hate seeing people at the gym forever on their phones, super socializing, selfie happy, and just in the way.
I love my gym time, wether it be 30 minutes or 3 hours. It's my therapy, both physical and mental. I have gotten so much more out of a week at the gym than a handful of meds.
That weight will not move unless YOU move it.
Put down your phone and pick up some weight.

I've had a lot of musical influences across the majority of genres. My brother, being 10 years older than me, inadvertently influenced me as I snuck down to his room and rummaged through his vinyl LPs. I was listening to music that was released before I was born and I still do. It's funny listening to music that I grew up to and it is now considered classic.
The inspiration behind this paticular song was it written about and while the were attempting to write a song. When asked what time it was (does anyone really care) one overly tired reply was 25 or 6 to 4.
Now you know. And knowing is half the battle.
Anotherr great day of training with Healing4Heroes.
In these pictures besides my Zeus, who was tied to a dumpster, used as a bait dog, 40 lbs under weight and so shut down they thought he was deaf, also included is 2 pups that were heartworm positive, 1 that was thrown from a car, one that had never walked on a leash before this week and one straight from a shelter, and one that was trained by a young man that is currently completing OSUT training at Fort Benning right before going to Ranger School.
In just a couple of long days these Veterans and pups are continuing training out in a public environment with many noises and distractions.
