Cindy started her fitness journey by doing @primalfitness15. She found it really hard at first but her determination kept her going.

After that she decided to join @X_canleyheights. After doing fundamentals with me, she slowly started doing our crossfit classes.

She comes in to training 4-5 times a week and always grinds whatever we throw at her.

Jennifer started doing CrossFit with us a few months ago.

Since she's never done it before, certain movements we found challenging for her.

That is when she approached me and asked me to help her with a few things she was struggling with.

Her first priority was gymnastics but then she realised that the Olympic lifting movements were pretty complex and in order for her to be more efficient in the style of training and avoid injuries, we had to improve her technique. 
Jennifer has come a long way since she started. Keep up the good work Jen!

WHAT A DAY!!! Took us weeks to prepare and plan everything to run smoothly but was definitely worth it.

Next year will be even bigger.

ONLINE REMOTE TRAINING

Building up to 2 heavy singles.

Anna attempted to do 55kg the previous week but missed. After she sent me the video, I reviewed it, told her to change 1 thing and here we have 60kg for 2 singles.

Anna approached me when she needed some help after she came back from holidays, when she got really busy with work and needed to save some money and couldn't make it to the gym anymore.

She wanted to start training at home because it's was much more convient for her and she can do it in her own time.

Few weeks ago, she started a new job and now she's even busier then she used to be. Therefore we had to make a few adjustments to her customised weekly program to make it work for her.

She's now back on track and killing it as always. Super proud! 
Keep up the good work my friend and keep and eye on next week's program which I will send you soon. You're gonna love it. πŸ˜‰
