I remember being so freaking happy,... I was surrounded by a great group of people, and I was laughing with Ash about our first impromptu photo shoot six years prior, I was living in Portland (and was still trying to settle in), I came to LA to do some work and we booked an hour to shoot some pics and went to my happy place (🌊) .

that picture makes me miss my long mermaid hair 😭... I remember we were talking about all of the things we wanted to create and do, and also, all the things we wanted to work on. .

Suffice to say we have both accomplished much of what we set out to do ✌🏽.

It was such a gift to have shared this day with her and all the people that put this issue together. I’m still so humbled by this experience, and continue to look forward to the new year. I am so honored to be able to work with some of them, to guide them through meditation and talk about yoga philosophy and space ships and aliens 👽 lol 😂.... in honor of all of the brave men that served and continue to serve... you know who you are... THANK YOU for your service.. ♥️

TRIBE| Hey fam, took some social media time off to reset, you can hear what happened on my podcast episode “Be Present” * link in stories. It’s so important for me to be able to go ‘into the cave’ as i call it. The last two months have been super intense, some good intensity and some.. not so great. .

I am also saddened by many of the heart-breaking 💔events in the last few weeks, yoga studios, synagogues, restaurants.. I have a little sister who is in college that lives with T and I and it’s hard not to worry. It’s also hard to not think about these things when I’m always traveling. . . . . 
My biggest fear has always been something happening to my family while I’m not there, … and at times has really made me question getting on the airplane to leave again. I start to create scenarios, many that given the current state, aren’t so far-fetched. I grew up in a state of constant anxiety, and stress, much of which is what led me to Yoga in the first place.

I find myself right back to that place, a place where I feel myself operating from a place of FEAR, and I have to remember that, this is not the way to create a shift. .

I remember how much love I get to experience when I am connecting with people, of all types, ages, backgrounds, beliefs etc. and I remember that this is how we change things, by allowing ourselves to be vulnerable, honest, and kind and to create a wave of love instead of a wave of fear #youareradicallyloved.
