A personal lesson in self-acceptance: People’s physical shape and size don’t define their health and abilities. My relationship with my body has evolved tremendously and has been stronger than ever. 🌊 I’ve accepted how much it strengthens my mental health by being kinder and gentler to her (my body)💕. She has been through so much, and I’ve finally learned to thank her daily. To feed her for nourishment, finding a balance where neither fad diets nor gluttony becomes a stressor. To listen to her when she needs to stretch, run or dance. She taught me that if I can’t make it to the gym, she’ll still love me and function with an invisible six pack. 🏆 It’s an honor to be able to mentor young girls and gender non conforming youth, it made me realize I would never talk to them the way I’ve talked to her at their age. Here’s me in Mykonos, loving me and her as one, and the spaces that accept and love her as she is. ❤️
Make it happen.🗺💻🦋☕️
MOOD: DETERMINED. As much as I'd love to be by the water soaking in the sun and swimming through waves, I've been decluttering and planning all weekend. Allowing myself motivational breaks to watch @mariekondo on @netflix has been giving me a boost of energy and focus. 2019 has been off to a great start! I really appreciate the kind words, support and advice I get from a lot of you. Sending you love and peace wherever you are in the world!
A little Flashback Friday to a brief time in front of the Windmills of Mykonos. Windmills alone are poetic in their own functions, rotating to the direction of the wind. It's been a method for essential needs, these particular windmills helped sailors on their voyages and brought prosperity to the island by processing fine grain to make bread. The lasting windmills are now landmarks, symbolizing the rich history. Air as an element is powerful when it comes to divination, connecting mind, wisdom and soul. Ancient people translated wind in different ways like receiving messages from the divine or making predictions on transformation and change. There’s so much power in knowing how to listen to the world around us and how we’ve thrived as people. Anyway, I wanted to start off the weekend by sharing those fun, magical facts with you that I've gained along the way. Keep exploring and sharing stories that fuel your soul. The world is ours, love! 🗺 🌎🇬🇷 Captured 📷 by: @dionysistsipirasphotographer
Imagine a life that's fully yours, a life created by you, for you. Each time I travel, I meet new people and immerse myself in the local culture as it always leads me to discovering parts of my soul buried in the depths of my existence. The more open I become, the more opportunities have come my way. I've experienced moments of enlightenment where I felt like I healed decades of my own unresolved emotional triggers. Insanely liberating. This takes work and constant practice. I'm not boasting, this is a testament of our capacity as self-loving humans when we allow ourselves the freedom of enjoying and embracing our very own nature. - - 📷: @dionysistsipirasphotographer Fashion by 🛍: @carminusa

I've tried to runaway from myself, it drove me mad. Then I learned that going mad isn't always a bad thing. In some cases, it only brings you back to you, your soul. I tend to shut down in order to numb myself from feeling, yet the Wild Women in all of us brings me back to my wildest senses to feel everything and live a life that sets our soul on fire. Remove yourself from whatever inhibits your beautiful wild. Your wild is stunning.
The 1970s was an era filled with fabulous colors and textures as a visual representation of “anti-fashion” fashion, abiding by its own style standards. Groovy, right?! I can dig it! Fiercely live by your own standards, honey! 🌈 - - - - #fashion #fashionista #fashionblogger #brandambassador #brandmodel #70sfashion #trendsetter #style #styleblogger #womensfashion #retro #streetstyle #igfashion #wholesale #wholesalefashion #model #creative #journalist #sfmodel
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, 2018! Hello 2019! I drunkenly lost my phone in the club moments after entering the new year, and in all honesty, it was the best thing to happen in 2019 thus far. I told my cousin after another euphoric @rumble_boxing class where my mind reaches a high level of clarity after each session, that my New Year’s day hangover was what I'd imagine an ayahuasca spiritual revelation to be like after vomiting all those toxins & excess emotional burdens weighing us down. Being without a phone on New Year’s day; I wasn't consumed by footage from the night before, the internet or other people's New Year’s Eve content. It was just me, my thoughts and a few mental clips from the night prior including visions of my past visiting me, testing me or both. I was calm, present and in the moment (once the hangover subsided, of course). I vividly remembered the sigh of relief during the countdown, and really feeling like WE ALL MADE IT! Admittedly, the holidays and Christmas turned me into the Grinch this year, it approached rapidly and I wasn't prepared. Since I fully understood, empathized and respected that it wasn’t a joyful time for everyone, and to some, it might not mean anything, that all made me feel sad, ungrateful & a little disgusted that it took me so long to realize the reason for the season. However, when it came to ringing in the new year, it felt like a new start for everyone. I’m enamored with the idea that it’s more inclusive to all. It's fresh for everyone. Even if you don't believe in New Year's resolutions, it's still a brand new calendar year to continue to set up the twelve months ahead of us. So make it happen for yourself. Whatever it is that fuels your soul with passion and love, make it happen. You deserve it, and the world deserves your light. The last 2 years have been tumultuous, glorious and absolutely necessary. I’ll add that my 70s inspired look is complemented with some of the characteristics from that era of peace, love, a strong sense of freedom, eclecticism and a whole lotta color. Believe it or not, that’s how I felt after surviving NYE. I hope those groovy things become gravid in your 2019!

FINALLY got to experience my first @rumble_boxing class in San Francisco! I know I’m highlighting the aesthetic more than the actual fitness benefits but seriously I’m so happy they’re here! The best high energy playlist and amazing trainers like @littlelielen that’ll enhance your whole experience! You’ll definitely want to come back for more! #rumblesf #staygolden
We’re all ending the year on an even brighter note! That’s what I’m manifesting for all of us.
