Finished running wind sprints tonight after doing chest, back, and arms today. I have many goals many of which I can't mention and may surprise people. Many of which don't involve the gym or fitness. However, the only way to accomplish these goals is to change and make some hard choices along the way.
Yes my eyes are really that blue. Just enjoying the little things. I really like where things are going in the gym, at work, and where life is taking me. I've lost 30 pounds since doing this routine and am going to keep working hard and following the process. Also don't worry I will show my progress soon but I'm just one of those guys who waits untel I've reached my goal.

If you ever see me around Idaho falls or Pocatello looking like this I could be doing a few things. Dressed up for business, success, shadowing, volunteering, or maybe something I haven't revealed yet and is a big secret. I guess you will all find out if I ever post exactly what it is but today is not that day. Enjoying my rest day the only way I know how with 100 yard dashes wind sprints in the second photo.
Did some bench press today. Did some rounds or 275 and 285. Decided to have a video of my form for the last rep what do you guys think? This is just the beginning of the baseline part of this routine so it should keep going up from here. Also did other chest and back exercises. I'm enjoying the progress I'm making and even though I won't show off my progress just know results are coming soon. P.s.
