I decided to start a series of videos giving some insights on painting and art in general. I think knowledge is something that should be shared and accessible to anyone, so in my videos I will try to share with you everything I know and learned on painting since my journey started. The first video is available now on my YouTube channel - link in bio.

Tribute to Bruegel, oil on panel, 30x40 cm, 2018.
Pieter Bruegel the Elder was a Renaissance painter known for his genre works depicting everyday life.
While observing his paintings and the manner in which he represented the society of his time, I got the idea to depict a society we all know. The one where you spend most of the time on your phone, looking at memes and tagging your friends in posts. The one where everything is so LOL, LIT and LMAO. The one where they worship meme lord demigods. The one where you stare at a stupid screen just to drown your real life delusions. The one where you can be a king for one day just because you got so much virtual likes and your daily dose of cybernetic approval. The one where you can say anything in real life you wouldn’t, because you have a 4K OLED shield in front of you. And since we are all less or more inside of it, why not give it some metacritical value and serve it in the form of some tasteless internet vomit?
Throwback to a painting I did four years ago for a competition. I almost forgot I painted it 😄 It’s pretty big (120x100 cm) and I only had 5 days to paint it, so I did it in a more sketchy, kind of impressionist style. Swipe for details.
Check out my new original song! Full video and song on my YouTube channel (link in my bio). Everything written, played and recorded by me. Written with all my heart, for the only thing I can’t live without.
Actually found my unfinished trompe l'oeil painting. This is where I left it at. Looks pretty decent to me now, I don't know why I hated it so much that I left it unfinished 🤣 it was basically a danse macabre parody with people taking selfies and being dragged into the recycle bin
Oil on panel, 2015 (I think)
Having fun writing some guitar riffs today. Probably not very original sounding but who cares :D hopefully it will turn into a full song.
The video was shot in playback, since I recorded multiple guitars and also the bass. The drums are computer programmed.
Throwback to two days ago when I was in Milan for an art competition. Didn't win any prize but I had a lot of fun visiting Milan for the first time in my life. This is Galleria del Corso, where only prestigious shops are located. Had a lot of fun looking at all the things I can't afford haha. Me on the right and my cousin's on the left.
